Royal Kuts Barber Shop

I came in with my son on a Wednesday after noon. They attend us right away. They cut my son hair, they did a fast job. The place had nice waiting area and it was a clean shop. friendly workers. When we got home we notice that the front part was mess up

There is only one place I trust for my hair cuts and that’s Royal Kutz. Fernando is an amazing barber and goes the extra mile every time. He’s truly a master at his craft. If you’re looking for great service, grear prices and an amazing cut, look no further than Royal Kutz Barber Shop!

Moved into the area, thought I found a decent barbershop. Boy was I wrong. I have now at this point tried to get a cut 5 times. Only one of those times have I been successful. They don’t adhere to their own posted hours. Went in on a Sunday an hour and half before closed only to find out they were closed. Ok, whatever it happens. Walked in on a Monday around noon (they open at 11) and was told by the lady that the barber wasn’t in yet, ok, understandable. Fast forward a week, I got savvy and called in, «are you guys open?» «Yes», «is the barber in?» «Yes», «ok, I’ll be there in 15 mins» «actually, the barber isn’t here yet, he’ll be in around 30 mins». Ooook. Went in again on a Wednesday at 2 pm (they close at 7pm) the girl came to the door opened it, «Actually we’re closed today» as I looked inside and saw some children and someone getting a cut. WTF. Whoever owns this business doesn’t understand the discipline required to run a business. They just lost a potential weekly customer. The two stars are for the actual haircut I managed to get once, it was decent. But seriously, it shouldn’t be a mission to get a haircut.

I’ve been here twice, the first time I went in for a taper they gave me a fade which at first I hated. But when I got home everyone liked it. The second time I told them give me one like last time, I showed them the picture and they messed up my whole hair I was mad! The guy was mad at me because I told him «wtf you gave me a wrong haircut and he had to finish the worst haircut of my life. When he was done he left to the bathroom mad, everyone was looking at me mad. And they said the haircut is free. Looking at me to get the fuck out. I left them a 10 just because nothing in this world is free. From now on I never ever go to that barber shop. This is the worst barber shop you can ever go to they don’t care about no one but the money

Jesus where do I begin. Upon arriving an employee was smoking marihuana outside of the business which, in my opinion, is unprofessional. As soon as I walk in the place seems more of a hang out rather than a barber shop. I feel it was a bit overpriced for what I got. Overall the place is very unwelcoming. Now In order to forgive y’all I’m going to need 10 Hail Mary’s 5 Our Father’s & you will be forgiven, especially you big fella.

Not so great as everybody its make it seem !! My hair looks the same as when I walked in and overprice for what I got done !! Not coming back again !!!

Walked in and walked out. Why? When I walked in I was not greeted and the shop looked very Unorganized. They had like 3 dogs in a cage section. This place just looked very unsanitary. Would never think about coming back here. I don’t know who or why some people rated this place with 5stars.

The owner Fernando gives the best hair cuts I’ve had. It’s a family owned business. And they greet all the customers like family. I come with my wife cause they always have cool stuff to buy as well. Once you get a cut here you won’t go anywhere else guaranteed.
