I rented the sumo wrestling for my daughter 16^th birthday party this weekend. First of all, I checked out their website and called to make a reservation weeks before the event. Guy on the phone was great, friendly and answered any questions I had. Made a deposit and few minutes later received an email confirmation. Week before the party I received not just a courtesy call to confirm but also an email. Called to confirm and day of the party came. Deliver arrived an hour before scheduled time. Driver was helpful and explained how the sumo suits worked. Teenagers arrived and wow they had fun as well as the adults! Putting videos on social media helped because family are asking for the companies number. Do I get a referral discount for future bookings? Lol! Will definitely call back for future events!

Cheaper than others that deliver to Sylmar. Also they dropped off our bounce house a day early. Huge bonus!!!

Great company with great prices and great selection. WE have used them a couple times. They were on time and they took care of the HOA paper work. The guys who pick up and drop off are very friendly too!

Seriously love these guys their website is great I’ve used them for years they offer a cash discount I only use them for home events they tend to pick up later then time assigned at time of reservation so I’d be nervous to schedule bouncer at a park but their selection is outstanding and they always look clean and do the smell total thumbs up

I’ve used magic jump rentals for my son’s 3^rd birthday yesterday. I’ve ordered the mini moon bounce, kids’ tables and chairs, and adult chairs. The ordering process was online, very easy and straight forward. They’ve sent me several confirmations and paperwork via email, and also re-​confirmed the order 3 days prior to the event — also on line.
Price was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve researched. They do charge extra if you have stairs, but that’s understandable.
The drivers were about 45 minutes early, which was fine with me since it allowed me more time to set up the room. I knew in advance this might happen as they state it clearly in the Terms. Pick up was right on time, as the drivers promised me when I asked them not to be late because we had to clear the room by a specific hour. They were both very nice and proffessional.
The moon bounce was clean and worked perfectly.
The tables and chairs, however, were worn and dirty so I had to wipe them down which was quite time consuming. This is the reason I’m only giving 4 stars. If everything was clean I would have given them 5.
All in all, a positive experience and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I love their customer service! I used MJ for my daughter’s birthday and will probably never use another rental company again. They deliver on time — and even moved the tables around because I didn’t like the initial set up. The jumper was clean, not all patched up and broke down-​looking and really helped make the party shine.

We rented a combo jumper/​slide for our son’s birthday party last weekend. It was our first time renting one, and had two friends recommended Magic Jump. It was the best part of the party according to my 5 year old! The jumper was clean and super fun. I asked for delivery at 8 am and it arrived at 10 till 8! Pickup and delivery were both fast and easy. We rescheduled the party due to rain just a couple days before and they were able to accommodate the new date no problem. Highly recommend!

Competitively priced jumper rental company located in the SFV.
I used their services for a Jumper for a HOA party event. They showed up on time for drop off and pick up. Jumper was in good condition and the kids enjoyed them.
The cost for the Jumper was $ 75.
Will use them again for future events.

I’ve worked with them many times and they’re great! Great prices, clean equipment, punctual and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I’ve usually gotten jumpers, tables, chairs. Their packages are very decent.

I ordered the Mickey Mouse clubhouse jumper with slide and some chairs for my little girl’s birthday party!!! She had a great time! The delivery guys were on time for drop off and pick up! The costumer service was amazing! Very reliable and the jumper looked amazing!

I had been using another company for years but they raised their prices significantly which lead me to try something new. I was happy with the options Magic Jump offered and the jumper was extremely clean (a must for me). The guy came early than the contract stated the following day but he left and came back later when I pointed it out to him. We would use them again!!!

I rented a 10’x10’ jumper for my son’s 2^nd birthday and it was great! It served as both entertainment and babysitter ;)
I scheduled it from 2pm-​8pm but it arrived around 12:30pm and was picked up around 9:30pm — I guess it was a super busy day for them, but that was fine! Set up and clean up was easy. The jumper itself was very clean and smelled new.
I definitely recommend this place for your fun party needs!

I ordered the pirate ship bounce house and the dual hoop basketball game to be delivered to El Segundo. They came on time and picked them up at the time I requested. People were so impressed with the pirate ship, and the basketball game, that came with balls, was also a hit. I plan on using them again!

We used Magic Jump for a kids party at home. I ordered a small bounce house party package, which included tables, chairs, table covers. I also got some umbrellas. It was really easy to order and work with them. The prices were reasonable, and the equipment in good condition. Everything was delivered punctually and picked up punctually, and the delivery guy was very nice. So, they really helped make the party a success.

Who just rents ONLY the jumper without a generator? Magic Jumper Rentals does, and I only found that out when they called to confirm my order two days before the party. So when I thought we where getting a jumper at a decent price of $ 75.00 just to find out it doesn’t come with a generator and if wanted to rent one it would be an additional $ 75.00 something it does not state when ordering online. Their online site is very misleading and confusing.
The day of the party Art the guy who came to set up the jumper was nice when he showed up to the park to set up the jumper and he was right on time for delivery and pick up… the jumper served it’s purpose. Aside from the misleading information or lack of information was that he sent up a child between the age of 12 – 14 up to me to ask how I would pay the balance.

I rented a jumper by calling them and letting them know what I wanted after I looked through their website first. I could have ordered online but didn’t feel like it so I didn’t. Anyways the ordering process was swift and to the point. Very reasonable price. The day of fhe event they arrived an hour before the scheduled drop off which was fine by me and showed up later that evening for the pick up. The delivery guy was prompt in setting it up and taking it back down. The jumper was clean and in good shape. Will mos def order from them again.

There website is very misleading. It states that you can rent all types of party equipment and in fine print says that if you do not rent a jumper — there will be a $ 30 delivery charge. Great, I was fine with paying the fee. However when I called and spent time on the phone going over each and every item I wanted, scheduling my pick up location/​drop off time and date… at the very end of the convo the lady after I got my price quote– the lady states «oh if you are not getting a jumper we do not deliver».
I was perplexed because the website stated I would be charged a fee; NOT that I couldn’t get it delivered at all. It was crazy to me– I am an adult throwing an adult party — I do not need a jumper. I am writing this review so that the company will edit their website and state «No delivery unless you rent a jumper» therefore future potential clients won’t waste their time like me.

Rented kids tables and chairs from this company and everything went smoothly.
I’ve rented the same items from a difference company before and I really like the kids chairs that Magic Jump has as opposed to the cheapy plastic ones that are not foldable.
The customer service was great and everything is e-​mailed to you almost instantly after booking. I received an e-​mail letting me know I was eligible for early delivery and late pick-​up which I took advantage of.
Professional, reliable, and quality rental products. I’ll definitely use them again.
