Daniel the owner cares about his customers, he personally and his team go through every steps in the repair process with us and keep us well informed and updated.
Mel in the team repaired our car made sure the paint was great and it was same as manufacturer quality, they did an excellent job!
They are very detail and kept the car clean ! I like their detail department cleans the car inside out ! The exterior shines and they use great cleaner to clean the interior of the car.
Honesty —
I read reviews for other shops and there are many shops that belongings inside the car got missing after the repair, Fix auto kept all of the belongings inside the car and when i get it back all things were there.
I am very happy with them and highly recommended this body shop, it has unparalleled service ! Many expensive cars lined up for repairs, If you are looking for a body shop, see what they offer yourself !!

I ended up calling another shop to try to find the part. Once I did that they were able to find the part right away so not sure what happened. Most likely they make more money from the insurance company keeping your car longer.
Two lessons always stick up for yourself and always get rental car coverage.
I am updating from 1 to 3 star purely on the fact that the body work looks fantastic. They did a nice job with my car and I have to give them credit for that. My car looks really great and I have this champagne color that they were perfectly able to match. I just wish I hadn’t caught them being shady. It would have been 5 stars

I had the best experience here I’d ever had at any Auto shop I’ve ever been at.
I got hit on the freeway, which wasn’t my fault and the guys insurance company Geico, send me to this place.
The customer service is through the roof, best I’ve ever seen.
The work Fix Auto provided was top quality.
My car has a funny weird snow pearl white ish color and I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to match the color, but the car ended up looking brand new.

I was well I formed and guide throughout the entire process of the repairs and my vehicle was done exactly when they had anticipated. Thank you again to Danny and Gabby for helping me out!

I had a great experience with the Fix Auto Sun Valley team! I came in here a few weeks back to fix the two brackets on my rear bumper. I was seen right away and the staff was extremely friendly and thorough. I appreciated how detailed the technician was in explaining the procedure of what is to be done and the breakdown of the costs. My car was fixed perfectly by the end of the day!

Excellent work and great staff. Danny and his team are experts. The best thing was how quickly I got my car back! I took in my Mustang after it was rear ended on the freeway. It was really nice to have such a nice experience of fixing the car, especially right after the accident. They are my body shop from now on.

For those of you who don’t want to read this entire review, let me Tarantino this whole thing, start at the end, and then go back to the beginning.
The team at Fix Auto Sun Valley have figured out how to turn a car accident into a positive experience! I may just have to bump someone just to experience it all over again! My car is back to 100% and I couldn’t be happier.
I’ll begin with the level of customer service before I even walked in the door. Sandra, one of the owners, was so friendly and helpful from the beginning. She was my first contact with FixAuto and she immediately made me feel comfortable with leaving my baby in their hands. First born. Oh, yes, she also made me comfortable with leaving my car in their hands as well!
She told me, «we’ll make sure you’re not without your car any longer than you need to be» and also thanked me «for entrusting us with your vehicle repairs.» Wow, what customer service!
Jessica, their amazing customer service representative, then stepped in and handled all of the paperwork, started my file, and got esurance on point. I felt like I had the equivalent of bottle service in the VIP lounge of an upscale club. OK, maybe she couldn’t get me the white rose petals scattered throughout my rental, but the level of customer service she provided was just as great!
Let’s talk about X-​Factor for a moment. No, not Simon Cowell. Danny Panduro. He is the special blend of jet fuel that really takes this entire establishment to the next, next level. You have the next level, and then you have the next, next level. The 1%. The second I shook his hand, it was as though I shook the hand of Obama. No, not Barack Obama, Michelle Obama. She works out and probably has a stronger handshake than he does. Danny is just bursting with charisma. He told me of the story of his father and how he opened up the shop more than 20 years ago over frustrations of not being able to deliver a vehicle on-​time to his client. That amount of passion is also present in Danny. He didn’t treat me like number 60 389, he treated me like number 1; as if I were his first customer and he was so optimistic about his new business.
Tarantino back to the end; flash forward 3 days.
When you walk into a body shop it’s not to buy a new car. But the entire experience of picking up my baby (and my car) was filled with the same excitement. As I walked in, Sandra came up to me directly and greeted me (again, think VIP!). We went through all the paperwork thoroughly and then she delivered my keys. We walked out to my shiny like-​new car, Jessica even carried my bags for me (hey, it’s 2015, right?). There was absolutely no evidence whatsoever to my car ever being hit. My entire car was washed and sparkled like it did the first time out of the showroom. Now, I was able to understand why everyone at FixAuto worked with so much pride.
Without hesitation, I recommend FixAuto to all you Unilocalers. Especially to those of you prone to those dings, large or small!

Danny and his team are absolutely amazing!
Admittedly, I have been here more than once for «repairs» and although an accident may seem like the end of the world, the people here go above and beyond to make everything as smooth and painless as possible. Both times they called me a rental and took care of everything with the insurance, and before i knew it my car was as good as new!
I hate to say ill refer friends here (because i wouldn’t want anyone to get into an accident) but if it does happen, theres no better place to go!

These people are awesome! Took our Honda CRV to get repairs done after an accident and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Fastest turn around Ive ever seen, had it not been for my insurance company I would have gotten our car back even faster. And given their affordable rates we had a few other things done as well.
Pros: quality workmanship, professional, awesome staff, affordable, super fast!
Cons: Uh… they’ll wash your car

I’m updating my review because I was contacted by them after my post. They were concerned and respectful and attempted to help me out. I understand some people are busy. My passenger window ended up collapsing completely at the end of my work day so I was desperate and upset at the situation (I had to tape it up). I did end up receiving a quote from them and they were Extremely fair in pricing!!! going to give them a shot. Please note: my earlier post was solely based on communication and not based on prices or work that was done. That being said, they seem very honest and are attentive to any complaints.

I had the unfortunate luck of being rear ended twice in a year. Was referred to J & L Body Shop from my insurance provider (Mercury). From the online pictures the shop looked clean and organized, and they are. I’ve seen to many mechanic shops look like auto junk yards. From the moment you meet the staff you know your car is in good hands. Danny and Eddie are incredibly helpful, they answer any questions, and even provide helpful information. The shop keeps you up to date on the progress of your vehicle, and have always delivered the vehicle on the expected date of completion. In addition, they detail your car, how fantastic is that?! I’ll quote another reviewer (John K.), «These guys know people, cars and how to run a business». I completely recommend this place. Thank you everyone at J&L Body Shop!

This place is fantastic! Danny the owner gives the first class, honest service in a timely manner. My gorgeous Lexus ended up getting hit by a trash can and had a dent and scratches all over the right front. Needless to say I take great care to keep it gorgeous and was devastated. He not only got it back to perfect quality but did it for about 10x less than a dealer would have cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are wonderful!

Had to get a left foot adapter installed on my car. I knew it would be an unusual job, but they were able to do it. Took about 2 hours of work and they only charged me for an hour. Very friendly staff, they helped make sure that the adapter is to my specification.

My car was involved in an accident and suffered damage to the bumper and fender. When I took my car in to J & L Body Shop, I was concerned that any body work done on a 17 year old car would be noticeable and there was no way to get the paint to match. Danny assured me that it would not be a problem.
When I picked up the car, I was amazed to see the results. The repair was done and the newly painted areas matched the remaining car to a tee! J & L did a great job!
Then when I got in the car, I saw that they even detailed the INSIDE! My 17 year old baby got a «face lift» and is ready to roll another 17 years!

This is my first Unilocal review and is way overdue. J&L Body Shop is amazing!
I have been going to this body shop for years to get mechanical work done on my old falling apart car. I finally get a brand new car and it gets into a minor accident. It’s always a hassle to get your car worked on, especially when it’s brand new. Danny (owner) assured me not to worry and that my car was in good hands. A week later, my car looks like nothing ever happened. The paint matched perfectly!
I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be 100% satisfied with the work done on their car and anyone who likes to deal with genuinely good and honest people.

WHAT CAN I SAY. This body shop embodies all the qualities of what a good solid service oriented business should be.
From start to finish
Start: I had bad damages caused by a hit and run, both my doors on my passenger side was badly damaged. I was recommended by my insurance guy and from the very get go I was taken care of and reassured that my car problems will be 100% taken care of. I left my car at the shop and waited until it was finished.
To: During the process the staff of Emy, Sandy, Danny, and Eddie kept me in the mix far as progression of the repairs. They were professional and timely. They told me what part of the process my car was in and if/​when parts came in and reminded me of finish time. Answered all my question with kindness.
Finish: I am a result based person. AND let me tell you, I can’t be any more happier, driving my car felt like I was driving off the car lot. Car was fixed perfectly and other non affected parts of the car was repaired, washed, cleaned and polished. These guys know people, cars and how to run a business.
Finally, People speak of body shops can’t be trusted, but let me tell you that, J&L Body Shop is an epitome of how ALL body shops should be operated. Integrity, timely and professional are words to describe this place.
If any of my cars need body work or any type of repairs I would definitely recommend over and over again.
