Arizona Tile

Great selection, reasonable prices. I’ve been in a number of tile companies over the past few weeks, and the Arizona Tile staff is by far the best! I came in looking for glass tile and was pleasantly greated by Yolanda. She assisted me with my request and GAVE me 4 samples to take home… unlike to other companies had me pay for their samples. When I returned to place my order, the gentlemen at the order desk were just as nice and helpful. Once I paid for my order, Mr. Perez informed me when my order will be in-​store for pick-​up. I will be returning to
ArizonaTile for all future tile /​granite projects.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We wanted to compare 3 granite slabs and they cordially assisted us. The guys pulled out 14′ X 7′ slabs and had them side by side for us in less than 15 min. Arturo was great!

Ordered $ 1600 worth of tile here, paid for it upfront and never got a call letting me know it was in. Then ordered more tile and, again no call letting me know it came in.

Great selection, with excellent service! Louis was very helpful, went out of his way to show us different selections, and explained the different stones thoroughly. Pleasure doing business with Arizona Tile!

Our tile contractor Paul Chaffee sent us to Arizona Tile and we wandered thru their well laid out showroom. It was really clean and every thing was presentable. We met Yolanda there and she was amazing. She took plenty of time with us and was really helpful with design ideas. Better yet she was good about telling us how we could stay within our budget and wasn’t trying to always upsell us. I also was surprised to find a nice selection of countertop slabs in their back wherehouse.

We were very disappointed with our visit to Arizona Tile this morning. After visiting there before and lots of searching we finally set our hearts on a particular tile. Well, even though their display showed the tile we wanted and the salesperson confirmed the sizes, the product was simply not available. Not that it was out of stock, but it was not available for purchase, period. We were like, what? We received no real explanation to why it was still displayed and in fact, they were kind of short with us. I would expect much better customer service from a high end tile place (with the prices to match). The salesperson was nice enough but she was not knowledgable about the product they sell, or in this case, don’t sell. We were even handed a brochure about the product we wanted and it showed the sizing we wanted but it’s just not available to purchase. Frustrating! We ended up at a different tile store down the street and found a comparable product at a significantly cheaper price, so it all worked out for us anyway. However, Arizona Tile needs to up their game with marketing and sales service.

The team at Arizona Tile are fantastic! Kelly Huarte out of the Anaheim location referred me to Sheri Johnson the Branch Manager of the Sun Valley location. The communication between all parties was professional, efficient and clear. I am merely a home owner but I was treated like their largest customer. The showroom was clean with great samples and a courteous staff that welcomed and assisted us immediately. Sheri was an absolute pleasure to work with. She assisted with unbiased recommendations and the patience needed to guide a husband and wife through the first home remodel. Javier and others helped with smiles on their faces while pulling numerous granite slabs for a picky set of buyers. They never rushed us once, they were courteous and helpful the entire way. Shaun and the other order desk staff were really helpful in confirming our order was correct, lining up and coordinating deliveries, and double checking we had everything we needed to complete our job. When we came back to pickup the material Javier and team were the most helpful crew I have ever dealt with. Sheri’s leadership has really created an awesome work environment for her team and it shows from start to finish in the customer experience. I will never go anywhere else for future projects.

This is my one stop shop. All your Stone needs are met with excellent quality and prices. The Staff here is the real reason i continue to come back. Sheri the manager and Shaun the sales representative are by far the most honest and genuine people i have encountered at A huge store like this. Even tho this place is Huge it doesn’t seem like it when you are working with such great people. Once again i can not emphasize enough how great the customer service is. If you are ever in need of anything involving Stone Tile or even great design ideas, Stop by this location and speak with Sheri or Shaun you will not be disappointed.

Lots of nice tiles and great customer service. They even let me borrow some sample tiles to see how they look with the bathroom. Prices are good not as keen as Home Depot but the quality is better.

Nice selection of tiles at decent prices. They offered me some samples to take home to help me in the decision process. A great place to shop for your tile and stone needs.
