Wonderful place! The staff was super nice! I came here with my sisters after Christmas and even though they were a little short staffed they handled the three of us perfectly. I will definitely come here again :).

Went in for waxing after someone recommended their services. Eyebrows were done ok, took a little long and required a little more suffering than usual but nothing too bad. Leg waxing is definitely NOT something they’re trained to do though. Attendant kept dropping wax everywhere on my leg and putting too much wax on too much skin so wax would dry before she had time to take off strips so she had to keep coming back to the same spot over and over. Recommend seeking waxing services elsewhere until staff is retrained (or trained at all).

I’ve been here several times and have always left happy! Everyone has been friendly and the services I’ve received have been high quality. Even on the busiest days, I’ve never felt rushed through. Tried several places around Madison and for the money, this is the best :)

I’ve been to Kelly Nails 3 times in the past two months. I’ve gotten 3 manicures with gel nail polish and 2 spa pedicures. The pedicures are excellent — massaging, lotions, and even hot stones!
The gel manicures were also great. They have the largest selection of gel colors I’ve seen. They say a gel manicure will last 3 weeks, but mine only seem to last 2. I’m not complaining, though, since I’m lucky if a regular manicure looks good 2 DAYS later because of how rough on my nails I am. I’ll take 2 weeks!
Technicians are friendly, but they’ll leave you alone if you would rather read or browse your phone than chat.
My favorite nail salon in the area for sure.

I had a great experience here. The salon was busy, but they were able to squeeze my sister-in-law and I in, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. They were pleasant, made sure our nails were being done the way we wanted (we both got manicures), and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Kelly Nails, but my advice would be to call ahead of time to make an appointment.

This place is crap. I’d rate them a zero if at all possible. Went here last week with my cousin, paid $ 100 and my feet are as rough as when I went in. The girl who did my nails was less than friendly, though I think the male who did my cousins was pleasant. Not to mention… my fingers and toes looked like I’d painted them myself.
I’m from Arizona where $ 100 gets you a lot better service for a lot better quality. Not the experience I was looking for. I would NEVER recommend this place.
