So when does a sales associate stop over at your home on his day off to assure your new appliance is working correctly – when you work with Damon Lemke from Grand Appliance.
After failing with two other much larger retailers, we had wonderful success at Grand Appliance. I was a little skeptical since I wasn’t familiar with the company, but they impressed from the start.
Grand has a fantastic selection of brands, Damon is extremely knowledgeable in the category (plus a super nice guy to work with), their delivery system was prompt, their installers were pleasant and accommodating.
Grand Appliance will surely be getting more business from us.
