I had high hopes for this company.
I won’t go back.
We had two awards that needed a very professional touch and the first time we picked them up, the lettering on one of the crystal awards was flaking off and on the other one the lettering was printed off the award missing a whole letter, I can’t believe they sent them out like that! We brought them back asking for replacement and they had about three weeks to correct the mistake and they did correct them however they attempted to invoice us a second time and one of the awards was printed on the back side of the glass so it sat in the box backward. Just not very professional seeing we picked them up 3 days before we were set to leave for the conference we needed them for.

My husband got a stethoscope and needed the nameplate engraved. It was this very small piece of aluminum-​coated plastic, and the stethoscope company wanted $ 7 and up to three weeks to do it. Nuts to that! So I took it to my local engraver and had it in less than 24 hours, for a little less money.
Also, the man behind the counter was very friendly and pleasant.
