Great new location.
Warm and inviting.
The instructors are top notch.
There’s a lovely tea room by the Windows.
Always clean showers and a variety of classes to choose from.
Membership gets you access to mats & towels as well as 4 locations in the Madison area.

I live nearby and have never tried hot yoga but I’ve been running for 12 years so my hamstrings are as tight as they come and could use some lengthening. I also liked the idea of the hot room providing kind of a «detox» experience. I bought the $ 20 intro month to celebrate their grand opening and did a free class on their opening weekend.
I love this place! I probably average a class a day, sometimes I’ll do two classes back to back if one is more and one is less demanding. All of the teachers have been really upbeat and helpful. They are always supportive of whatever pose my body can do and do not make me feel unwelcome if I cannot handle a more difficult pose. The desk staff are very welcoming and kind. They have a nice shop with logo gear and some high end pants, towels, and shirts.
There is a variety of classes available from yoga up (yoga with cardio), yin (stretching), flow, flow that specifically targets your core, yin with aromatherapy, etc. The space is nice and there are ample showers, towels, and blow dryers.
