Sun City Nails

I have been going to Sun City Nails for 9 years. Everyone is friendly and eager to please. I am very happy with my acrylic nails. They last with little lift between fills. I also enjoy the pedicures. The shop was recently remodeled and looks great. It is clean and well kept. I’ve never had any problems there.

I went here today and tuoi nguyen did a full set on me and my left hand nails are longer than my right hand nails. Also none of them match, shape wise. Although, she was very nice but she did a horrible job on my nails. Now I’m stuck with these horrific nails for 2 weeks.

What’s the point of getting «cute» nails if your going to be uncomfortable during the process ??!
First of all
It’s rude when nail tech speak a different language while doing your nails
If they are… fine, no problem, but it should be brief and professional.
My Dear, Quiet and Honest Mother goes in to get her USUAL French tip polish on her fingers and toes and tells me that as soon as she walks in (and its slow in there) (not busy) they start talking and laughing at her
The lady starts with my mom asks her if she picked a color and my mom says «French tip «
Mind you
They all know my mother
She has been in there multiple times !!
After my mom says that
The lady starts laughing
My mom knew that they were talking about her
It’s only obvious ladies !!!
Look it up ! OBVIOUS
And my mother asks «what’s so funny ?» Are you laughing at me ?
Of coarse the OTHER lady chokes up a lie and says no no they weren’t
My mother is not a confrontational person at all
CONFRONTATIONAL
So you lost a customer
And maybe gained a few less
Customer service is not just the product

Tried this shop for the first time today. Shop was clean and the service was great. Leon did my nails and he did a great job. Will go back

I read a review from a client who visited this salon about a week and a half ago. She made comments about having dust from the acrylic nails around the shop. HELLO. This is s nail salon. I sent her this message…“Recently, the staff of Sun City Nails has been in the process of remodeling. And it is a PROCESS. It takes time. The solution is for you to find another shop. For me, I like the shop, I understand that the dust accumulates daily, and know that they are there often late at night, to clean and make the shop ready for the next day’s clients. I was a cosmetologist, and was happy to see that this shop appears to sanitize and sterilize their equipment better than most. ”
Please go see the fresh new look, and leave your ugly comments at home. You’ll be glad you did.

I have been to at least 5 different nail paces in Menifee and they all were over priced and the services were BLAH!
I found this place on accident 6 months ago and I have been going there every since. My gel nails last with no chipping EVER! I love this little spot and I never have to wait long when I just pop in. They are reasonably priced too and always super friendly.
I seen another Unilocaler say they tried to sell you stuff… ummmm I NEVER ever have been asked to buy anything.
I only gave it 3 stars because their spa chairs are so old and uncomfortable and it took 5 – 6 times for the staff to get my mani/​pedi style down… lol…I kept going back because the foot massages are amazing and I am glad I did… I am happy now because they know how to accommodate my requests…

Just ok. I went here for the first time a few months ago. It seemed like the technician who was helping me was more interested in selling me stuff than doing my nails. I got the gel manicure and it was ok. It didn’t last as long as it usually does when I get it done elsewhere.
Overall the shop was clean and the people were courteous.

Love getting gel nails here even though I don’t get to do it often. Very clean and most, if not all, of the techs speak English! :/​everyone is so nice here… I normally get my nails done by Kim but sometimes, I have gotten Wendy or Leon and they’re great as well. Also, they use disposable bags for their pedicures so I feel that it’s cleaner than most nail shops. I like to stop by here when I have time on my way to my parents!

This is my new nail salon! Had a spa pedi and it came with a leg and foot massage… I love it! The salon was very clean and my toes look great!

Went in on July 3^rd door was open. Was asked to come back on July 5^th. They should of closed the door.

Leon is the one to see for acrylics and airbrush. He is a true artist. Teresa is OUTSTANDING for pedicures; she gives a leg massage that’s to die for, and freehands flowers and designs on your toes. Kim is also a favorite of many customers for both mani and pedi
