After taking my ring a few other stores (including the one I bought it at) I decided to bring it here for a quote on repair. My prongs were dust and as a result my center stone had fallen out, something I know could have been prevented if my other jeweler had done their jobs. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest woman, who told me exactly what I’d been told before, I need a new head for my ring and it obviously was going to need to be re set, she asked me when the last time I had it checked was I informed her I get it checked at least once a year because the prongs have always been a problem. Services I have always had to pay out of pocket for as well. She then told me about how they check and clean rings for their customers every 3 – 6 months so things like this wouldn’t happen, for FREE!!! I thought that was pretty awesome considering my jeweler has never offered that, and I had just had my ring in to them for repair and they assured me it was fixed… did I mention this was also the place we had originally bought my ring, so you can imagine my disappointment
She then had me talk to her brother, which is also the jeweler. He confirmed again what I was going to need, I confirmed, and he then quoted me a price that was actually $ 50 lower than the place I bought and have always taken my ring to get serviced! It was on par with a couple other quotes I had so I felt good about this place. I gave them my info, took my ticket, and waited for what I thought was going to be a week. To my delight I actually got a call one day prior to it being a week with them saying my ring was finished.
When I picked up my ring it looked brand new!!! It has t looked this good since the day we bought it! They set it in an all new setting and cleaned it all out to make it shiny and new. They were amazing! Not only explaining to me why and what they did but reminding me to come in and have it cleaned and checked every 3 – 6 months. And I wouldn’t make a big deal about that but in the 9 years we’ve had the ring our jewelers have never offered us anything like that. If I could give them more stars I would, but for now it’s safe to say I have found my new jeweler.

This is the only place I will go for watch batteries, jewelry repair and custom jewelry. Ralf is the best and the price are always great. My mom was a customer about 20 years ago and I am carrying on the tradition. Thanks Keller’s Jewelers!

Keller Jewelers is a gem! My husband and I took in 2 rings, one belonging to me and one was my deceased father’s wedding ring. We worked with the nicest, funniest man Ralf Keller. I wanted to take the gold rings, have them melted down and made in to 3 thumb rings. Ralf had excellent ideas. We were delighted with the finished work. They are absolutely beautiful. We came to find out this is a family owned and run business. I can truly say they take pride in everything they do and truly treat you like family. Thank you to the Keller family. We will be back.

I brought a ring in to be repaired and to have a diamond replaced. The owner did an excellent job. It wasn’t cheap but do you want cheap on good jewelry? We would go back anytime to buy or repair jewelry.

Not customer friendly at all. I came in to see if a necklace I received as a gift could be extended. The employee’s approach to me was very much «we can only do so much with this type of necklace, what do you want?» Isn’t that why I came in to a professional? To find out what could be done? After being told it wasn’t worth it because it’s only silver, she then reluctantly suggested an extender. She brought them out and attached it, but not so I could actually try my necklace on, just so I could hold it up to see if it would work. I wasn’t allowed to put it on the way it’s supposed to be because once the extender’s on, the split ring cannot be pulled apart again (told to me by another employee). Come to think of it, I’ve been treated this way every time I’ve come into this store, like I’m bothering them, like what I came in for is not worth their time or effort. No worries, I won’t bother you anymore.

I had read reviews of Keller’s Jewelers over the years. Given the recent more positive reviews I gave them a chance again. My granddaughter dropped my watch and when I went to put it on, it came apart — housing from the crystal separate from the mesh gold bracelet. I brought in their coupon to get a new battery while we were at it. I asked to have it cleaned and was told $ 20. I did not want to pay $ 20. Had I known I would have cleaned it myself while it was apart. I spoke to the elder gentlemen; he referred me to the son. Then the wife came out and brought the watch saying, I really should have it cleaned. I said I didnt want to pay $ 20. She became rude and not at all customer oriented. She was defensive saying they had to take the stem out. I tried to explain «exactly» that it was already all apart. She cut me off, right there. So much for listening to the customer. Well, so much for my business!!! That is IT. THE END. FINI. FERTIG. i have bought baby charms there over the years and other repairs. I can’t say they were ever friendly. I owned a store for seventeen years. I know how customers should be treated.

Family owned and great personal service. I likened it to an old fashion general store. Pay a visit and you’ll feel part of the family.

My mom was looking to take 3 rings and melt them down to make them one. We came here and spoke with someone. He was extremely helpful, and we really appreciated his honesty. Unfortunately the rings that we brought in weren’t of quality to create another ring. However we stayed and looked at other rings. The gentleman helping us explained all the different cuts, and qualities of diamonds. I was impressed how he took time out of his day to answer all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, reasonable, and very friendly.

I’ve been dealing with Keller’s for over ten years now and would never go anywhere else. They are competitively priced, very friendly and most importantly to me, honest. They also do excellent repair work in a timely manner.
