Not even worth the $ 20 from Local Flavor. Course does not regulate golfers at all so you have five-somes and singles everywhere so as a two some, who shoots 42 on 9, you are either jammed up by large groups, our constantly being passed by singles. Makes for a super frustrating round. Course should split up larger groups and put singles into two-somes. Add the crappy conditions of the cart path and course, and it isn’t worth the gas to drive over. Thanks for starting Christmas out with a bang.

My buddies and I decided to play here last minute; we should’ve stuck with our original plan of playing Trilogy. I used to play this course all the time 10 years ago but man, it’s not even gone downhill, it’s dropped off a cliff. First issue I had was the driving range, you literally were hitting off sand as the grass was sparse. Our tee time was backed up about 20 minutes which wasn’t a big deal, but there was no starter or anything of the sort, we decided after waiting for 5 minutes to just tee off. Course was in terrible shape — there were 2 – 3 holes where I’d say the fairways were in acceptable playing conditions. The rest were pretty bare. Greens were beat up but they were like glass; some of the most challenging I’ve ever played. I’d play again if the fees were under $ 20 with a cart. Course condition was worse than Adobe Dam, if you need to compare it to something.

Reasonably priced for the season. There seems to be a drainage problem as the sand was often flooded. The greens rolled like lightening. I would return, but not on the top of my list.

Far from one of the better courses in the area. The course was way over watered with standing water on the fairways and the gold cart paths. the golf cart paths are littered with potholes and puddles. Many of the fairways have sparse grass and mud. Greens are very inconsistent. the putting green is probably the best green on the course.

This use to be a good course. Now on the fairways there’s more goose crap and bare spots then grass. This course was fun. Now it’s just sad. Don’t waste your money play any one of the other hundreds of courses in the valley. I truly feel sorry for the members of this course.

Sadly just a broken shell of what it used to be… worse than any burned out muni course I’ve ever been on. It’s not worth any discount they offer. The pro shop guy was agreeable when I asked for a refund because some men’s group jokers tried to play through me, in front of me etc. A pity really… I used to like it here.

Eek — If you are considering getting married here I would bring in your own Wedding Planner who is a Professional ! The lady running this is extremely rude and does not work well with families or vendors ! USually when you are a planner at a venue you solve problems and dont just shrug you shoulders and ay oh well ! -

Great course for the price. Employees are friendly. The greens were in good shape as well as the fairways. Something goofy going on in the rough but it was heading into off season so no big deal.

Played here a before but not for a few years. Found overseeding poor this year. Could be me but it seems like very thin Rye grass and very little of it. Most of fairway is dormant. Nice staff, inexpensive, great layout, great greens but course needs help. Note: grill closes early. Went here at 4:30 for burger and beers and they were closed.

Typical retirement course. The greens were in good shape. Had some challenging holes which was nice. A good value for Phoenix in the middle of winter when golf prices are outragous.

Decent local course for sure. Nice facility and course layout. Be sure to check the local papers cause this place ALWAYS has 2 for 1 greens fees coupons. One of the longer courses in Sun City West, so play can be a little on the slow side depending on the group in front of you.
