They will sell or rent you a house. Some of the people there are nice, good people. I would not recommend using this reality company for anything other than a landmark to get around Sumter though. They are not really good for that even. They back a builder who I am finding has a reputation for less than desirable work. When I bought my home, the punch list items were not fixed. The plumbing guy confessed to not tightening a water supply line and flooding my kitchen. Now, the property management side is impossible to get in contact with without walking in that building. Once you are in, you are hooked, and they have you, you are no longer important. This is your home and your future, a lot of money invested, find a better realtor!
