Called and asked for a bid, gave all info and address. He said he would be here the following Thursday. No show, no call. Disappointing service!

He didn’t explain the difference between the trim on my house and the soffits. Then when I saw the soffits weren’t being painted, it was going to cost another $ 850. I had another quote to do both for only $ 400 more, which I would have gone with, had I known.

From our first interaction, Jason impressed me with his respectful listening, thorough questions, and conscientious approach to using the most environmentally friendly products possible. His pre-​bid inspection of my home and deck was incredibly meticulous — it was evident that he knew his stuff, from the science to the aesthetics of paint. Unlike the other company reps who came out to provide me with bids, Jason never once talked down to me or tried to «hard sell» me into products and processes. I was impressed by his honest, thorough, and thoughtful approach. And yes, Avatar’s bid was competitive, their work was perfection exemplified, Jason and his team were always here on time and with friendly professionalism. I could not be more pleased with the results — my home exterior and deck look magazine-​shoot ready!

Avatar Painting did a superb job of painting our house last summer. Unlike many other painters Avatar does not take shortcuts. The extra step of backbrushing, which deeply penetrates the painting surface, will add extra years of durability to our exterior paint job.
