one of the only places around to grab this type of food. The new Maui wowie burrito is great and if there is an issue owner is fabulous with customer service

Tito’s is AWESOME. Great beachy vibe makes you forget you’re in the middle of Summit. Bird is the word. Naked bird. Taco salad with chicken. All my go-to meals. Love that the chicken and rice are seasoned so well. Not bland at all, full of flavor. We order from here at work usually once every week or 2. Delicious. I need more Tito’s. Also a plus… Jarritos!

First off, The Bird continues to be my usual burrito, and the empanadas have gotten crispier and more delicious, so I would definitely still recommend stopping in for a bite when you are in town and looking for something filling and not too expensive by Summit standards. However, while the Tito’s staff and management are very nice, and their food is good, the delivery service has really gone downhill over the last few months. We’ve had several nights where delivery has taken over an hour, and the food has been cold, as well as problems with the wrong food being delivered. I’ve talked to the staff there, and they have assured me that they are working on it. I think they are dealing with the problems that come with popularity and too much demand as they expand delivery service. Still, delivery has become a bit of a gamble lately. I’ve never had any problems with carry out orders, so, for now, I would recommend staying away from delivery until they work out the kinks, and taking the extra time to dine in or pick up in person.

I always try the different specials and burritos. I absolutely love the wings from this place. Sweet hot and sticky sauce is my favorite. I wish they gave you more veggies with the wings, but overall l very satisfied with what they offer. I also like how they have the salsa /sauce bar and topping station. Try it out

As long as you aren’t expecting authentic mexican food, Tito’s is good: quick, satisfying, and yummy. I prefer it to the Qdoba/Chipotle options because its a local business. My boyfriend enjoys the burritos but every time I’ve gotten a burrito or a burrito bowl it’s just been kind of disappointing… tons of bland rice and tough meat. The nachos, on the other hand, are awesome and I love getting the wings. The chips are good. Also, at one point they were making these pork belly tacos that I really enjoyed.

Simply Ah-mazing. Go there about once per week. We usually just go pick up and everything on the menu we tried was great. Bird burrito is da bomb. My favorite. Also love their fish burrito and quesadilla. Good price for the quantity and so flavorful. Sometimes can be a little wait even though I go pick up after their proposed time but worth the wait!

Excellent taco’s, quesadillas, and wings! Burritos are okay but my least favorite thing to get here. Fish tacos are excellent and probably the best item on the menu. The ground beef quesadilla is also quite good and flavorful. Finally, buffalo wings are pretty legit. They simply fry up the wings and drench it in sauce. Simple but surprisingly a lot of places don’t get this right.

I had the chop chop salad with grilled steak and it was delicious! I topped it with tomatillo salsa from the salsa bar and loved it. So, I didn’t bother with the salad dressing that came with it-I think mango something or other. That was tasty too. The tacos are served in a hard shelled wrapped in a tortilla. Got two thumbs up from my daughter. There are about 15 seats, mostly bar stools. It’s a small place, but completely comfortable. There were 5 of us and we made it work.

My fiancé and I like to pop into Tito’s every once and awhile for some delicious grub. I am vegetarian and also love eating vegan. I love that Tito’s seems to respect vegetarian/vegans by having tasty options on the menu. My fiancé eats meat and always leaves satisfied. Tito’s also has some of the tastiest french fries I’ve ever tasted. My only complaint is they don’t deliver to New Providence. Sometimes we want a tasty taco, but don’t feel like leaving our apartment. Although I do have to admit Tito’s is worth leaving my apartment for.

I came here because I was at the paper source across the street and it seemed to get good reviews on Unilocal. It did not disappoint! Service was fast and the staff there are pretty awesome! The crowd was a lot high schoolers coming in for a cheapish burrito which didn’t surprise me considering how much food you get for your money. The chicken quesadilla we got had really juicy and flavorful chicken and was double the size of what we would normally get. I love that it came with a side of guac and sour cream without the extra fee. Wings were decent. I had the mellow and aloha and would want to try the hot wings next time. Both the chicken and beef empanadas were delicious. The pico de Gallo was pretty good. I saw one guy take 8 cups because he loved it that much. I underestimated how much food we were going to get. Will def return when I’m in the area.

I really like this place and am glad we have it in Summit. When I crave Mexican, this is a great option, and currently the only one in town(which will soon be changing). I really love the«big easy» burrito, to the point where I rarely get anything else. My wife often gets whatever the«special» burrito is. They have a fairly big selection of salsas and the«hot» is actually quite good and hot. The dining room is small and it is often stressful to go in with a group of four, but we’ve always been able to find a seat. While I have never used delivery, they do offer it.

I work as a Paramedic/Nurse on the night shift. I travel all over to different hospitals. This particular night we took a patient to Overlook hospital which is far from our general area. My partner and I where set on our usual spots. So after finishing up at the hospital our BLS recommend this spot. We looked at each other and said why not. Its a half mile from the hospital so it was close. Its a small place in downtown summit. I ordered the quesadilla which I usually do at these types of places. When I got my order its was delivered in a pizza box. Confused I opened it and saw the biggest quesadilla I have ever seen. Big in size and big in taste. Just like me I finished the entire thing and was stuffed the last few bites. They have a salsa bar to help yourself with different flavors and levels of spiciness. My partner got an order of wings and all I could hear was damn these things are hot! So if you’re in the area stop by you won’t be disappointed. The next time I have to go to Overlook hospital I’m definitely stopping in again.

Many people who live and work in Summit recommended this place. It is good — friendly people, fresh salsas, flaky crust empenadas, crisp and flavorful tortilla chips. Quirky, fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Nice change of pace Mexican place if you want something more unique than chipotle or qdoba. The menu is quite diverse. My favorites are the Bird burrito and the Mac Daddy burrito. They also have surprisingly good buffalo wings for a Mexican place – but they do take considerably longer than other options because the cook every wing order fresh. The daily specials are usually pretty good so look out for those when you come. The free salsa bar is excellent and so are the chips that come with every meal. The best are the green and hot salsas.

Very pleased with my meal. I had the San Quentin Burrito with a side of rice and beans and sweet plantains. Too much food but wanted to sample the bill of fare. The place is small and maybe better to take out as there are not many tables. The main question is will I go again… Yes with out a doubt. May do chicken because the beef was a bit greasy. The Sweet plantains where extra sweet because of the sugar icing placed on top. Might ask for no icing. Rice and beans where ok as is and enjoyed the option is salsas. Even though the chips were not warm they where crisp and tasty.

Mac Daddy Burrito: Steak, beans, rice, cheese, sour cream and guac. The tortilla was nice and thick and the steak was well seasoned, although I would have preferred a bit more flavor from the rice and beans. Beef Empanadas: Sorry Tito, but these were pretty dismal. They were fairly greasy, and the beef filling was too concentrated and salty. Im a big fan of traditional empanadas that use a pie crust dough. These, however, were made with a puff pastry dough that held onto the oil a bit too much. The side of the chipotle aioli was really good. Chips: As with most tex-mex restaurants, they were too thin and under seasoned. Price: For two people, expect to pay around $ 30. It sounds expensive, but when you break it down its slightly less than chipotle. The Mac Daddy burrito(comes with chips and the salsa bar) was $ 9.75. If I were to have recreated the mac-daddy burrito at Chipolte, the total would have come to $ 9.83, and that is without chips. Service: I think Tito’s is going for that artisanal/beachy taco shack/foodtruck vibe, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. In order to set themselves apart from the big names like Chipotle and Qudoba, they need to hire staff that can sell the vision of the company, instead of people that simply take your order and call out your number. The ambiance and décor is very upbeat, but that staff isn’t very personable which is a definite buzz-kill.

I’ve ordered takeout here a few times and stopped in recently for lunch. The taco salad is quite tasty but the chopped salad was a bit meh. The burritos are a hit or miss. I had the mac-daddy which was delicious one time and just ok the second when the meat was a bit burned. Similarly, the hang five shrimp burrito had a lot of burned shrimps, which ruined the taste. Also I felt like it was lacking something in the seasoning to make it more tasty. I agree with the people saying Chipotle, especially the really good one in Springfield, has better burritos than here. The lady at the register was not the friendliest and she was kinda apathetic but the customer service wasn’t as bad as some are saying here. I’ve had worse.
