I needed to ship and print something. The people working at this UPS store were helpful and knowledgeable. The large poster that I needed to be printed was handled quickly and they also gave me a great price plus fixed the file format for the best printing quality. Job was done properly and I am vey happy how the oversized poster came out. Bottom line, if you have any business needs, supplies, shipping etc… this UPS store is recommended. It is also located in a convenient location with available parking so you can shop while your stuff is being handled. Thanks guys!

Just left there and had an awesome experience. They carried my boxes in from my car and were able to due a quick, easy overnight delivery. Helped me out with a huge work jam! I was so relieved and thankful. Great service.

Unfortunately for me I have not experienced great customer service. I have a corporate account, when I come in I already have the label printed, just dropping off package however at times I don’t have a UPS envelope and ask them for one which they charge me $ 3 plus for one??? It’s a corporate account where supplies are provided.
Same goes if I bring in a box, again with printed label all I need is to tape it closed, they charge me for that as well. When I ask they say that’s policy, other locations don’t do that.

I make many trips to UPS Store locations for work, and after being to a few others in the area i will most definitely not be back to this location. The employees were extremely rude and the service was very slow and inefficient seemed like no one knew what was going on.

Phenomenal customer focused store. Although its a franchise I received mom and pop type service. I’ve been using them for years and I highly recommend them on all levels.
