We found this place because my boyfriend was actually looking around for jobs at guitar shops, and coincidentally I needed a place to do some work on my guitar. Coincidentally, he ended up asking about the job first which he abruptly got hung up on by a guy named Lou because of his accent. We know for a fact he hung up because my boyfriend called back and he just screened the calls because after that he would not pick up the phone. That is completely unprofessional. Your website complains to be very professional yet your business does not even have basic phone manners. Whatever the reason may be that you would not want to consider him all you needed to say was«I’m sorry the position has been filled» and he would have continued to ask about a price quote for some work on one of my guitars. How a business handles a customer call is the first impression a customer gets and very reflective of the quality of the business conducted. I am SO glad it happened this way because I would not want a discriminatory business nor a business with very poor customer service touching my guitars. Guess what… my boyfriend has over 17 years of experience and really knows what he’s doing but the work I wanted done is a bit time consuming. With our busy schedules at the moment, I wanted to pay someone else to do it. It’s a shame you let go of such talent and some business due to your discriminatory ways.
