No one wants to have to call CCM.
But when you do you’lll be glad you did.
They came in immediately and helped to clean up a messy situation in our basement caused by a sewer line cracked by PSE&G.
The manager that fielded the call took the time to understand the issues and ensured us that they could fix the situation.
The guys that came to clean the basement were well spoken, manerly, neat and took time to explain what they were going to do, how, how long it would all take.
Two days later, we have our basement cleaner than ever and back to normal.
Can’t say enough about the service quality that we received.
