A few weekends ago, the battery on my Aston Martin Rapide died unexpectedly. After charging the battery overnight I was able to start the vehicle however I found that the passenger doors were stuck and 3 of the 4 windows were locked in the upright position. With my extended family arriving for the holidays the next day, I had to quickly scramble to find an authorized service center open and willing to take my vehicle in on such short notice. After unsuccessfully reaching out to several authorized service centers including my go-to service center Aston Martin Long Island, Aston Martin Connecticut, in addition to non-authorized service centers such as Manhattan Motorcars, I was growing increasingly desperate… until I found Aston Martin Summit NJ. Despite being closed for business that day(it was a Saturday), Tony the Service Manager came in to the shop just to take a look at my vehicle. After several hours and a few conference-calls with a member of his team, another Aston Martin Whisperer(John); my Rapide was back in action with the doors and windows fully functional. In the end what impressed me about Tony was not that he came in on his day off, but that he was extremely knowledgeable, professional yet approachable, and that he was an absolute pleasure to work with… so much so that I am committed to servicing my Aston Martin at Summit Aston Martin from here on out! Thank you Tony(and John) for treating me like family…

I bought a slightly used Benz from Allan Greenfield at Aston Martin Summit a couple weeks ago. I was experiencing a minor problem with one of the convenience/safety features, so I took the car to a MB dealer to have it checked out. Turns out that whoever installed the front license plate bracket(not the Aston guys) had carelessly drilled through a sensor, so the repair wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Well Allan really stepped up, and immediately authorized the MB dealership to do the repair on Aston Martin Summit’s nickel. You rarely see that kind of post-sale courtesy in the used car world. I would imagine that if they give somebody like me that level of service, they must be amazing for their customers who actually purchase Astons!
