I walked in around 8:40pm and saw two associates behind the counter on their cell phones. I asked if they could read the code for my check engine light. They laughed and said it was too late and that I should try Autozone. These guys here are jokes. Both young kids who need to learn about customer service. Do not spend any money here supporting this poor service.

It was a cold winter night,
and the car gave me a fright.
I got a jump start,
and then headed to Advance Auto Parts.
The battery was dead,
but Advance was ahead.
They replaced my battery,
and I engaged in some flattery.
It’s been a week since this event,
but so far it’s been money well spent.

This place rocked it! I purchased a battery and wipers online the night before and used a few discount codes. Show up on a Monday around 11am, immediately get service and a smile, and they pull the parts I ordered.
Turns out one of the wipers is the wrong size. They grab the right one, make sure the replacement doesn’t screw up my discounts, and I’m in and out in about 20 minutes. Brilliant! Customer service was top notch when I was there and I haven’t had any issues with my battery or wipers yet.
