Swasty Denise DDS

This is a really wonderful practice. A model of industry, fun, and caring for their patients.
We usually go to the practice in Hanahan, which is a branch off the tree. Just as top notch. The staff today was super, from Deana at the front desk, to Mindy who got us set up and did the x-​rays, to the Dr. herself. Dr. Swasty is obviously clinically proficient and more than competent. The differentiation is the honesty in which she deals with her patients. Having dealt with other folks over the years in the orthodontics arena, many practices view you as clients rather than patients. Dr. Swasty clearly views the patient as a opportunity to improve their lives, and that business will follow. Judging by the throughput and pace in the office, clearly she is right.
As a clinic administrator, I think I have a pretty good idea of how things are supposed to go. My clinic (not local) has an embedded dental clinic, and every time I stop by I take some mental notes on Dr. Swasty’s practice, from floorplan to patient interaction. It’s working for her.
Not to gloss over the work that she does. Top notch. My oldest son had a both top front (permanent) teeth yanked out in a playground accident (one was recovered and put back in). Dr. Swasty has been the voice of reason and comfort, and made my son a dental device that helps him in an orthodontic manner, but also maintains his self esteem. The device is well manufactured, and I honestly couldn’t discern initially (and still have trouble telling) between real and manufactured tooth. As a parent, those are two great gifts, and worth every penny I have paid and every penny I will pay. And there will be plenty more to pay, with two younger children in the family.

Dr. Swasty and her staff is truly awesome!!! I’ve been a satisfied client for almost a year and I have to say that this team has been nothing but helpful in my journey to getting my perfect smile. Everytime I go into this office there’s nothing but genuine smiles and courtesy. But to top it off I must say Dr Swasty is ever so knowledgeable and helpful…

Dr. Swasty is amazing! She made my smile beautiful, and did it far quicker than any other orthodontist estimated. I feel so much more confident now, and have her and her staff to thank. Aside from the results, Dr. Swasty is simply a wonderful person — super nice and comforting. All of the staff members are sweet and encouraging. I cannot say enough good things!
