Favorite pizza in Summerville! The Roni Nation is my favorite pizza, but the calzones don’t disappoint either. The spaghetti and meatballs remind me of my Mom’s so it’s always a hard choice of what to get. I usually do carry out, but the service is always great when I eat there. The portions are huge!

We love our local Italian Bistro. The waitresses take good care of us, our food is always fresh, and they have the best cannoli’s I have ever had. It’s our «go to» place for a quick dinner out.

This was my third visit in three weeks and the previous visits were good but this time I got a pizza to take home, and it just might have been the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was under cooked, flavorless. The cheese kinda fell off of the pie. Canned mushrooms and it wasn’t even sweet Italian sausage. It was the first time I ever threw a pizza away after a couple of slices. Order anything off the menu, except the pizza.

Having experience in customer service with our own family business I thought today’s service from the bistro was Very poor! Called in an order for delivery. Male on the phone confirmed my order. And a women came on to tell me my total. Took an hour and 2 mins to deliver my food on a Wednesday night at 7 pm. Only live 7 mins away. The delivery man was nice and said to me. «You ordered two cheesesteaks right?» I said yes. But only got one. Poor communication with staff at the bistro between the gentleman who took my order to the lady who charged me. Spent 8 mins on the phone with the lady who was going to charge me for another cheesesteak. Since it clearly wasn’t my fault. Miscommunication on their part and an hour delivery. In the end she said they would give me 10% off my next purchase, the call ended there. Thinking The delivery guy would come back… he did not. I didn’t get a coupon as they stated on the phone for 10% off or my cheesesteak or my receipt. I told them I’ve ordered a few times from them and I would no longer be a customer due to poor customer service. So they lost another customer over an $ 8 cheesesteak. Sad because I liked their food.

We really like this restaurant. But, I’ve notice when it’s busy & your picking up the service isn’t as good. I was gone to add something to my sandwich but could tell I should not. I also asked for vig. Dressing that they use. When I got home it was mayo on it. It was good but when your asking a particular item-that’s what you should get (especially when your on a diet). Over all the restaurant is good but not good to go on a busy day if your getting take out.

Went in for a family dinner late after working all day got there at 9 o’clock they close at 10 and they were very rude and apparently did not want us to stay so we left!!!

I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be good. But it seems that after they were spruced up and put on tv, they feel they’re beyond both good food and telling the truth. I went in yesterday and ordered two slices to go of what appeared to be very good «everything» pizza. The older guy from the show placed them in the oven, I went to the restroom, came right back out, and he was boxing the slices up. I said, «Wow, that was fast!» He said nothing. He rang me up, and I noted the total, which was $ 7.06. I used my DEBIT card to pay, so he handed me the slip of paper to sign, and it said $ 7.56… not $ 7.06. I questioned the fifty cent difference, and shaking his head, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Then he said, «Oh, you paid with a credit card, there’s a charge.» I told him, «No, it’s a debit card, not a credit card. It says debit card right on the front of the card.» Then he says, «Well, these things, I don’t know. I just work here.» He owns the place. I told him it was wrong and he knew it, but he shrugged. I took the box and left. I got to the car, and my husband and I each took our slice of pizza. It was stone cold, and doughy. I mean straight up NASTY. I was SO disappointed with the entire episode from start to finish. I will not be back.

Lowered the rating due to $ 15 minimum and $ 2 delivery charge now required, even just down the street, guess restaurant impossible couldn’t help. Tossed menu in trash.

They have the best pizza in the area!
Sometimes their meatballs are not cooked through! They need to make meatballs from scratch! But the food is awesome and customer service is awesome!

Italian Bistro is a great place but it also has its flaws. The food was absolutely delicious but the service that I had was not too good. The waitresses there were slow and a waitresses offered my friend a refill on her coke and she said yes and then return 20 minutes not saying anything about the coke or bringing a coke.

Phillies were good … pizza tasted good but my only complaint would be that I am not a fan of canned mushrooms. Staff was friendly and welcomed me and the wife as we entered. Overall not a bad spot for lunch.

Very good Italian food for a small neighborhood place. We live nearby and stop in about once a month. The only slight complaint is that the marinara/​pizza sauce is a bit weak and could be a little more rich. The eggplant parmigiana is my favorite. It is the best since grandmas. Everyone is very friendly as well.

We normally eat Italian Bistro at least once or twice every 2 weeks. The food is AMAZING every time, however that’s where it stops. Twice now they delivered the wrong orders and failed to make it right.
My wife had ordered a Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak w/​Jalapeños & Onions however her cheesesteak had no buffalo sauce.
My daughter had the kids calzone with pepperoni but there was no pepperoni found anywhere.
When we called the guy that’s usually there with a heavier accent wouldn’t let me do much talking, asked what was wrong on the order, asked for my name and said I’ll get credit next time, added an ok, and then a bye and hung up.
Fantastic, my wife will just be sitting here eating a dry BUFFALO Chicken Cheesesteak while my daughter enjoys this mountain of cheese without any pepperoni.
As good as the food is when right, we’ll have to think long and hard if we’ll enjoy it again.

It was supprised for lunch. The food is amazing. The waitress are friendly. Environment is very warm. I am highly recommend when you are in Summerville, SC.

I love this place. Very thing on the menu rocks. I have eaten here for years. My only complaint is extremely poor service. I mean horrible. The waitress manager is the worst of the lot.

Friendly staff, the personal pizza is great! Crispy crust & reasonably priced for a casual meal!

My new favorite pizza place. The meatlovers pizza I had deluvered last night was so delicious… I may order another today!

We order from here a lot. The food is great but sometimes the pizza can be soggy. I would Suggest telling them to ensure your crust is exactly like you want it. That way your great pizza will be even better.

While the food is still great, it seems to have gotten a little on the greasier side. The garlic knots are so good, but our stomach can’t always handle the grease.

Pretty good. It’s close to my house and they’re quick. I’m not crazy about their pizza sauce. Stromboli’s are good, especially the Roni Nation Stromboli.
Be careful ordering, they’re pretty unforgiving of mistakes even if it’s their fault. Once you order, it’s yours! So make sure the read the order back to you if phoning it in.
