The deep dish pizza is incredibly greasy but also incredibly delicious. If you don’t mind sacrificing an afternoon of doing anything other than sitting on the couch for super delicious deep dish pizza, I highly recommend it.

Pretty good. Prrrreeeetttyyyy prrreeeetttyyy good as Larry David would say! First time here. It was simple, New Yorky — nice and thin and the garlic bread was good. Added bonus is they have ms. Pacman! The waitress was really nice and friendly — we’ll be back — love a slice of NY style pizza

Wow! The spaghetti and meatballs are a must! I’ve never tasted spaghetti with such rich flavor! Even the house salad was impressive! Can’t wait to try their Chicago style pizza!

Famulari’s has the most delicious pizza, the spice blend they use is terrific but be warned the pizzas can get greasy…(make sure you have napkins to dab up the excess grease!) Also if you register on the company website they will email you coupons…

Cheese bread is amazing, pizza leaves something to be desired. Mine was very bland and a little burnt. Not impressed.

So this isn’t really a review as much as an observation. I read the reviews, I compared to other pizza places near by and decided from my hotel room to come here. This business sit smack dab in the middle of most of the hotels in Summerville. Hotels for the most part are where«business travelers» stay. Guess what most business travelers carry AMEX, and you don’t take AMEX. I had to turn around and go elsewhere. Just my observation. Good luck.

It is not my preferred style of pizza like Monza or Evo but this is one of my favorites for take out. I would say that Famulari’s is right on par with Paisano’s pizza. Their sauce is actually one of the beat I’ve had, its so sweet and chunky. I also like the toasty crust on the pizza. I haven’t tried the Calzones but man, I saw one when I was picking up my pizza and it looked bomb!

Everyone in the group loved the food. I ate the Italian sub okay at best. Need some better bread and sandwich would be dynamite. I know the pizza is bomb from my experience at the other restaurants.

My family really loves this pizza. Unfortunately, it was a little burnt today. Wish you had delivery out to knightsville/jedburg.

Not trendy, just straightforward, good pizza. We kept is simple by ordering a large, plain, NY Style cheese pizza. Pizza arrived hot and fresh, and was very appetizing.

Great pizza and beer. We had the Chicago style pizza which was amazing. Tip– order ahead because it takes 30 – 40 to make the pizza.

I work nearby and have been coming here for a few years now. The food and service is top notch. I’ve had their pizza, calzones, and cannolis… good eats all around. The sauce is good and I believe they make their own sausage which is also delicious.

Closest thing to jersey pizza in Charleston. Good crust on the pizza but the sauce has good flavor and is just flat out better than the other pizza places in town. Never had an issue and the pizzas always ready within 20 min of ordering. This goes for both locations.

We have ordered from this location on three separate occasions. If this was based only on the first time my rating would be higher. That time the Pizza was good and it was ready as soon as we got there(in the time they told us). The second time we ordered pizza for pickup and they told us about 15 to 20 minutes. We got there in about 15, and they were pretty busy inside, but it’s wasn’t crazy as the location is not too terribly huge. Even after we got there we had to wait another 20 or so minutes to get our pizza. It was obviously hot when we got it, but the wait was just too long. The third time, and probably the last for us, it was not busy at all. We just went for some sandwiches time. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes(we were eating in) when we were informed they didn’t realize our order never printed in the back, so they just began to make our food. The manager made up for it by offering a complimentary dessert, which was tasty. I can’t say the same for the Cheesesteak I ordered. It was hot, but the Nacho cheese sauce they serve on it is not a good taste for a cheese steak, especially if you’ve ever had a good cheesesteak in Philly. Also the meat is not really what you expect for a cheesesteak. If you decide to get one here, tell them to hold the Nacho cheese! Based on all the other reviews I feel like maybe we’ve just been unlucky at this location, but there are enough other pizza places around that we won’t be going back.

The pizza is ok, but not bad. The best thing we had was their spinach cheese bread app. Otherwise, not bad.

My husband and I have been coming to Famulari’s for years now and we absolutely love them! This is the best place in the Charleston area to get pizza or a calzone. I’ve had their cheesy bread sticks which come as a circle with a ton of mozzarella. And they can be ordered as a meal by themselves. But you have to try their pizza! They make the best pizza! And you can choose just about anything for your toppings, they have everything from meatballs, to artichokes, to feta and blue cheese. The crust is thin and crispy and seasoned just right! And they NEVER skimp on the cheese. My hands down favorite thing to order here is their calzone. They have the best calzone I’ve EVER had. They fill it with so much ricotta and mozzarella cheese it’s hard to believe they can afford to sell it for only $ 7.79! I usually get a few extra toppings, like pepperoni and feta, but its great just with the cheese. This is a calzone that can feed two and is definitely worth the price! A must have for sure! Famulari’s usually has some cool coupons you can get online and they even have a frequent customer card! Once you fill it up you get a free one topping 18 inch pizza, a $ 16 value! If you want the best pizza in the greater Charleston area check out Famulari’s, you will not be dissapointed.
