I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning service. From my first phone call to the office to the final system check, I had a great experience with every member of their very professional staff. We’d never had to replace a system before and had a previous negative experience with another local company and were definitely nervous about this process. The sales staff answered all of our questions and made sure we understood all of our options and didn’t try to sell us more than we needed;
the installers were friendly, neat and efficient and made sure that everything was working perfectly before they left. They even made a follow-​up visit to ensure all was well.

After being away for a night in August, I came home and realized my house was 82° and the air conditioning was not cooling. I called for companies, Air Serv was able to come out the fastest and was also the best price. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I am really thankful we found a reliable and reasonably priced HVAC contractor in the area. A few years ago our AC went out in our home and we called Chris from Providence to come out to give us a quote on a new system since the one that went out was getting older and not a good unit to begin with. He came, talked to us about a few options and then offered to take a look at our unit. He diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor and said he could fix it and would only charge us for the labor.
He could have very easily told us we needed to replace the whole thing without mentioning it could be fixed and sold us a new unit. We opted to get it fixed, by him, and it was up an running in no time. We did eventually decide to replace the unit a year later and we immediately called Chris and gave him our business.
Providence is a very good company that hires quality, honest, and hardworking employees. We love our new HVAC system and we have Chris to thank for that.
