Low key place to grab a coffee and a sandwich. A small grocery store with a barista and kitchen.. Mostly frequented by construction workers when I was there. Great coffee and pressed sandwiches. Also has a small screened patio in the back as well as bathrooms.

Good customer service and prices. Sandwiches are delicious! We did Cuban coffee and the steak egg and cheese breakfast sand-which, and a classic Cuban. Delicious! Sat out back on covered porch to use the hot sauces. Total hole in the wall yumminess.

Hole in the wall place. But their sandwiches are incredible! You should definitely try the Cuban. If you are looking for breakfast, they serve great bacon egg and cheese sandwiches too. 5 Brothers seems like a local secret.

Family owned & operated. Superb café con leche made by a nice man. I’ve lived near 5 Bro.‘s since it opened on Ramrod Key, have had everything on the menu. Order anything, you can’t go wrong.

Hidden treasure off the beaten path of Duval Street serving authentic Cuban Coffee and sandwiches. Five Brothers is a grocery store/deli in a lovely neighborhood setting. A welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Duval. My husband had the traditional Cuban and I had a breakfast sandwich(eggs, bacon, tomato on sweet cuban bread preseed to perfection). I also had a medium con leche. Both sandwiches were a nice portion. You could easily share for a light lunch. Can’t beat this spot for an authentic $ 14 breakfast!

Slow as hell. Cash only. Get the Cuban sandwich and café con leche. Worth the wait. Mostly locals who come here which always bodes well.

One of the bartenders at another restaurant sent us here to get a Cuban sandwich. It was a great, authentic sandwich. The place itself is more of a small grocery store rather than a restaurant so we just took it outside to eat at a picnic table. We will definitely go back to try some of their other food.

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the lunch special(Tuesday’s). The special was excellent, nice garlicky bread, well-seasoned meat and delicious plantains. The sandwich was a bit of a head scratcher since it didn’t look like pulled pork, but ham. The sandwich was okay, and just okay.

Wow, just wow! My fiancé and I are on vacation. We spend two days in Miami and then we stay in Ramrod Key so that we can explore the keys and Key West. If I EVER come near Ramrod Key, I will make sure to go back here. I’m from Chicago, so cuban coffee and sandwiches aren’t a staple anywhere close by. But we had great coffee in Miami. The person we stayed with recommend Five Brothers as having good food and coffee. So we stopped in during the morning. We ordered coffee and two breakfast sandwiches and then proceeded to wait the longest wait of my life. It wasn’t ACTUALLY the longest. It wasn’t more than 10 minutes tops, but I would have waited 20 minutes for these sandwiches. I noticed a trend with the local… they call in their order so its ready when they get there. There was a little confusion when we ordered. They put mayo on breakfast sandwiches? I asked for none and got a little… but no big deal, it tasted good. There is very little seating in a back room, so this is mostly a take-out type place and they close early. But BESTCOFFEE I HADALLVACATION! I highly recommend this place. It isn’t full of tourists, it’s very local, small, low key, but with great food and coffee!

This is a great stop for Cuban coffee, sandwiches and hamburgers. They do a great job preparing the fresh food here, and it is delicious. They have a pretty extensive sandwich menu here, and the prices are very good. There is also a selection of food items to fix things at home.

Simply the best in the lower keys. My favorite coffee stop. The menu selections are always delicious, great sandwiches and dinners. The service and staff is friendly and fast. This is definitely one of the non tourist stops you have to make! Thanks for the great food and groceries!!!

Larger location than the one in Key West with a nice screened in area with tables to eat. Same excellent Caffe con Leche and sandwiches as the location on Key West, but with a parking lot, so easier to get to if you are staying farther up the Keys. Very affordable and delicious sandwiches from the traditional Cuban with ham and chunks if succulent pork to an entire board of other selections including breakfast sandwiches and other Cuban specialties. Cuban roast coffee is a wonderful dark roast, not quite as dark as an Italian espresso roast, and with more complexity.

I’ve been here countless times for a variety of things, mostly revolving around their food to go. My parents live near this location so we’ll come here for rice and beans to go with our fish for dinner, or cuban sandwiches for lunch. They’re delicious! Their coffee drinks are also tasty and super traditional(aka sugary). Having lived in Miami for years, it was nice to have a cuban outlet so close to my parents home in the Keys. The grocery portion of the shop is pretty limited, but standard cuban bodega fair. It has the necessities for convenience — some kitchen items, lots of drinks, lots of snacks. It’s a bit like a convenience store with cuban flare. It’s perfect to stock up an ice chest or bag for a beach or boat run. The owners are super friendly and like to joke around. The gentleman’s english is a bit rocky, but it doesn’t matter; his smile and laughs are enough to get you by. BOTTOMLINE: Get a café con leche and a cuban mix. You won’t regret your decision.

A pretty small convenience store for basics like beans, rice and Cuban kitchen staples. On the other hand, the front counter also has breakfast and lunch made to order. I just stopped in for a café con leche, so my review on breakfast is somewhat limited. It’s hidden behind trees and is located pretty close to «Boondocks». Perhaps an egg sandwhich is in order soon…
