Romano’s Pizza & Wings

Place is closed. I ordered and paid online only to get a phone call later that the place is closed down for whatever reason. Maybe they should disable the online ordering feature?

We waited 1 for our food. Very rude on the phone! The food was okay but cold as they finally delivered it

I would rate this place –5 star. The people are rude over the phone. It takes them more the an hour to deliver a pizza. It takes them from 1 hr to 2 hrs to deliver a pizza and my latest experience they didn’t show up. I would find another place to eat.

Occasionally I’l hit up a spot for lunch I’ve never had before. I decided to give Romano’s a shot. When I first stepped it, I was sort’ve taken aback. I mean, I didn’t know what to expect, but the dining room area was completely empty. I was the only person parked outside and inside the establishment. That wasn’t a good sign. The TV was on and tuned to ESPN and a gentleman came out from the back to take my order. I ordered a gyro pita sub & fries. That’s hard to mess up. I sat for maybe about 15 minutes and the food was ready. I didn’t dine-​in, but took my food to go. I was really surprised at the quality and taste. The sandwich was really good. The pita wasn’t flimsy, the lamb meat was plentiful and had a good amount of onions, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries tasted a bit greasy, but that wasn’t a bad thing. I threw my own salt, pepper & ketchup on em and devoured them. A good experience overall and I’ll be sure to hit em up again.

This place has the best pizza you can find around town. They make their own sauce and you can tell by the flavor of everything the cook loves to do what he does. I have had the Meat Stromboli, the Whole Wings w/​Fries, the regular cheese pizza as well as a sausage, tomato, and fresh garlic pizza. I’m a pizza snob from NY and while it’s not NY style this is the pizza I crave now. It’s hot and fresh! I love that I live right around the corner and can come whenever I want. I have never ordered for delivery so I cannot comment, but just walk in. The people there are very friendly.

So rude on the telephone! Rude, rude, rude! This place used to be an Indian food place. Their service was okay and so was their food but if prefer it to the terrible customer service on the phone.
