Had a horrible experience… My first car wash, other than at the dealership, for my midnight black, 2013 Chrysler 200 was completely unprofessional. I’ve had my car less than 30 days and it still has paper tags. The guy who cleaned my front window nearly scrubbed off my vehicle inspection stickers and left them hanging from my front window. When I spoke with the guy in charge, he was extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. A few days later, I called and spoke with a manager. Although he wasn’t as impolite, he insisted that it was my responsibility to let the wipers know, «Don’t clean the front window and don’t wipe the inspection stickers.» To me, this didn’t make sense because I came to the establishment to get my car washed and that includes getting my windows cleaned. By this time, I was becoming very frustrated and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that there was no way to contact the owner. Again, this did not make sense because how can one own a business and not be available to it’s customers. At first, I just wanted to let the manager know what happened, to prevent it from happening again. However, now I feel a 100% refund is due because of my having to endure a total lack of customer service skills. It is interesting that neither person I spoke with offered an apology for my inconvenience.
