I really enjoyed Ellen! She really love what she does. I had the Reiki Massage! She explained the entire process. After the massage, I felt amazing! Can’t wait to try everything item on her list!

Ok, this review is super late but after my experience at Just Breathe I told myself I have to find time to write a review! I was quite nervous to get this massage because, to be honest, I’m really insecure about somebody giving me a massage. I’m a little on the skinny side. Ok so a lot on the skinny side. Just how my body is. Anyway, most people make fun of me & say «well what is there to massage? You’re all skin & bone!» Well. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders & back because of the kind of work I do so a massage was much needed. Saw an add on Groupon & decided to book it. Ellen was AMAZING. One of the most comfortable & relaxing massages I’ve had & I totally didn’t feel insecure. Got the 90 minute body scrub & massage & I loved it! I will be back :)

Ellen is amazing. The salt scrub massage is soo relaxing, it is by far the best massage I have had. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. The room is calming, and im not going to lie, I may have dozed off for a bit.
If you are in need for some much needed «ME» time, a massage by Ellen is the way to go!

I just got home from a salt scrub and massage and I have an incredible urge to tell everyone how amazing Ellen is.
I purchased a Groupon for the salt scrub and massage.
I was greeted as soon as I came in and was asked to do a questionnaire. Then I asked to go to the bathroom, because, caffeine addict.
The massage room had sea motifs, soft candles, and relaxing music. A few tracks had the sound of ocean waves. Ellen turned down the fluorescent lights after I had dressed down. My only complaint is that the room was a little on the cold side at times.
I have a nut allergy and she made sure that the ingredients wouldn’t irritate my skin. (They didn’t.) She told me that the sea salt would help lift toxins from my body, while also replenish certain minerals.
She started with a gentle massage on my back, then the salt scrub, then some butterin’.
I had to pee halfway through. Again, morning coffee, and Ellen said it was likely my body wanting to flush the toxins out. I let her know, she gave me a wrap, and I went to the bathroom. Yay potty breaks.
The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and gentle. I feel great. Afterwards, she recommended a 30-​minute back and neck massage, because she noticed tension in those areas. She even has bundle specials!
Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back.

I had purchased a GroupOn for a salt scrub massage and tried to schedule it right before it expired (I know, I’m a procrastinator!) Ellen had an outgoing message saying that even if it expired, she would still honor it, which is FABULOUS! Since I work in SF, the only day I could come was a Saturday, and we scheduled it over the phone for about a month away. I had no idea it was inside Shear Madness (hadn’t been there in probably about 8 years but I know one of the stylists), so very easy to find, easy parking and only waited a couple minutes. Ellen is so nice and puts you at ease and explains everything to you. The little room she has in the back is really relaxing and decorated well (no strong scents, etc). Her rates are very reasonable and affordable, so if you’re looking for a great massage from a super nice person, book with her! She also has some great specials, so take advantage of those, too!

If you’re considering getting a massage with Ellen at Just Breathe, do yourself a favor… and book it right now! I just had my first massage with Ellen today, and don’t even know where to start explaining to you how wonderful it was. The 90 minute salt scrub and massage made my skin feel fresh and my mind clear. Her rates are extremely affordable (a plus in my book!), so I encourage you to call her if you need to unwind.
