The wait time here is ridiculous. Food is good as normal but you gotta have some patience for your food. Place is clean and beat. I normally go through the drive through but when I dine in when it’s slightly busy, the wait time is unbelievable. Place needs to go under new management or something.

The whataburger is not as organized as some of the other whataburgers I’ve gone to. We had to wait for our order and pull over to the side and it seemed that they were having problems in general. Food was okay… for the brand newness of the location, it is a shame that this was not as good as other locations.

This Whataburger is a convenient location with friendly service and, like most Whataburgers, requires some patience. Whataburger serves up some good burgers and chicken It sandwiches for a fast food chain but isn’t always so fast. It is said Whataburger makes the food as it is ordered so everything will be fresh. I believe this is true for the sandwiches, as far as my experience here, but not necessarily for the fries. The fries can be hot and crisp at times, lukewarm sometimes and soggy and cold at other times. The latter is the worst. There are times when ordering in the drive-through that you may have to pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait for the food to cook and so the line can keep moving. This is not such a hassle unless there are others who also need to pull around to wait. Depending on how sensibly(or idiotically) people park their cars while they wait, it can be a pain to get around it all. Whataburger can customize your burgers and other sandwiches, if you ask, and this location has always gotten my order correct. The breakfast foods are decent and the biscuits and sausage gravy are a nice caloric indulgence. Overall, this Whataburger is good. It has the consistency, friendliness and cleanliness that is expected. Bring your patience with you and expect a wait and all should be fine.

I give it a star for being the closest location to me. But besides that, the service is slow and a hit or miss. The drive-thru is super slow and always ends up me, just putting in park cause it takes that long. I wasn’t even finished ordering but she just told me the cost and to pull up… Uh. Okay. I guess I shouldn’t expect much but other locations have offered better service. If only the honey butter chicken biscuits weren’t so good.

Food was hot off the grill but we did have to wait a long time.

Disorganized, long wait, dislike going to this location. It is almost easier driving to further location to get my fill of Whataburger. Even with two lanes the drive-through seems to be lost on how to expedite orders. People here are nice but I am not sure if they have enough employees to service customers.

I am so sorry that I did not pay attention to the name tag of the person working the drive thru. I went through today during the lunch rush. I was in lane B. It was pretty busy. However, the woman running back and forth between the store and lane B of the drive thru was so happy and friendly! It can be difficult to stay that way in the service industry. Even after I informed her that my order was incorrect. Whoever she is, she was a ray of sunshine on my way back to work!!!

The drive thru service here is horrible. Two drive thru lanes being run by one person. Had to wait 15 plus mins to get our food.

It’s lunch time, everyone converge to Whataburger. This place is like a miniature middle america. All kinds of people eat here. Their burgers and fries are what you expect from a fastfood burger joint, but the service is exceptional. The servers walks arounds and checks up on the customers and cleans your tables and offer refills on drinks. Now that is cool!

Ok i dont eat a lot of fast food. So when i do eat it, i want some good stuff. So I ordered a whatachicken meal and a justaburger. Tell me why it takes 15 minutes to make this. If it takes this long, the food must be piping hot when I get it right. NO!!! Food was not hot at all! Fries were stale and underseasoned. I don’t think I will be coming back to this place. It’s a bummer because it’s soooo close. This area(highway 6 /90/university) needs better fast food choices. Like a jackinthebox!

Very friendly staff. Clean interior. Good food. This will definitely be my first pick in the fast food burger world.

I love whataburger but this location is pathetic. I have had problems with them messing up my order a few times but this last time was the final straw. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes only to receive a soggy, cold burger. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I am updating the review due to a few changes. I was not required to pull up and wait for a traditional meal in the drive through. Yeah for me! I ordered the number one combo with cheese and Dr. Pepper as the drink. I also added a fried apple pie. The pie was not greasy, however it wasn’t properly browned. The burger was just okay. If the patty remained on the grill a little longer it would have created that crustiness that we all love. It seems that their need to deliver orders quickly is superseding their need to produce the best food. It is a sad shame since this is a convenient location near an HEB and Wal-mart. So kuddos for improving service, but keep working on the menu. If you have to have a Whataburger, I would keep driving for now.

In the world of fast food bugers, Whataburger is way better than McDonald, Burger King, and Wendy’s. The Honey BBQ Chicken Strips sandwich is must try. The french fries are as good as McDonald’s. Service is friendly and fast at this location.

My cashier, Laura p, was friendly and helpful. New to whataburger. Our meal was fresh and delicious. Will definitely keep this in mind when I want a good burger. Its not In n Out burger. which I will miss from California. …but it is pretty dogonne tasty.

Rarely do I eat fast food but when I’m in a rush during my lunch break, ill stop by whataburger since it is most convenient. I ordered a three piece chicken strip meal and waited 15 mins for it. I was the only one in the drive thru. If I hadn’t already paid for it, I would’ve drove off. And I thought, okay it must be fresh out of the fryer then. But when I finally got my food, fries were cold and stale and chicken was warm, not hot. What do they do here?!? Next time I’m just gonna go to raising canes for the chicken strips. They’re way better and way faster.

Clean, new and friendly service. This Whataburger went up pretty fast and it’s a convenient stop for those of us in Sugar Land. I went here for lunch and thought the place must be packed since the parking lot was full. I walked in and found the place pretty empty and realized that the number of employees outnumbered customers. They are trying hard to open with no problems and well trained staff. I ordered and received my food quickly and it was correct. Employees walked around with condiments and offered to refill drinks. Double drive through with access from Hwy 6. I noticed they are adding more entrances from the road too. I don’t eat fast food often, but when I’m craving a Whatachicken, I’ll be stopped here.
