I love whataburger and this location is right next to my house and job which is great but today I had extremely poor service here. I went in the drive thru and i guess around the time I went they had a small rush(4 cars came in then it was dead) so when my order was taken I pulled to the window to pay and the drive thru cashier(Linda) asked me to pull forward and she would bring my food out to me. Not a problem, but Before I could say anything about the condiments I may need she shut the window in my face and waved me off. I pulled forward and waited for my food but when she walked up I tried to ask her for spicy ketchup since I was unable to request anything at the window. Before I could even finish speaking she rolled her eyes at me talking poorly under her breath and walked off with her back towards me while I was still asking for service. This was completely unnecessary and extremely rude. I was very polite to this woman and had she asked me from the beginning if I might need something she would not of had to go back inside! The sad part is that all the attitude she had about taking my request she sent someone else out to do her job by bringing me ketchup. KETCHUPYOUGUYS ! If you really can’t fulfills simple request like ketchup then you should most likely not have a job involving customer service!

Ok… when I did a search on my neighborhood Whataburger I was surprised at the negative reviews I saw. I’ve been coming here for years but never thought about reviewing it until I saw the negative reviews. There aren’t many reviews of this particular location so the average is pretty low. So I thought I’d boost it up a bit because I really never have had a negative experience here and today I was really impressed with the customer service! The counter person Sofia greeted me with a smile and a cheery attitude and had really good front counter hospitality! So kudos to Sofia! And when Aaron brought out my order he was also very gracious and hospitable. So kudos to the management team for emphasizing good customer service which was exceptional for today’s visit! I found the location clean and the food typical of the Whataburger chain. Probably my favorite fast food burger joint! Anyways…I’ve always liked my neighborhood Whataburger and thought I’d kick in my two cents worth! Keep up the good work and the smiles!

I hate this place it is slow and the food is not good I do not understand everyone’s obsession with it. I feel gross and dirty anytime I go into the store and if I eat the food I feel like I want to die.

It’s a fast food place. It has burgers and chicken. Service is fast food type service(mediocre to poor) and the food is decent.

Ordered a breakfast on a bun w/sausage 9⁄11. Got home and no sausage on it. Called and told the manager and he said to come back and they would replace the item. Revisited on 9⁄15 manager on duty replaced whole order BOB and 2 taquitos. Got home, again no sausage on the BOB. It takes about 12 minutes each way to get there. Not worth the fuel cost. Management is nice, but the cooks need to be retrained. At least by replacing the entire order, I know they are not trying to reduce food cost.
