One Star only because this place has prices of Saks 5th Avenue in the Galleria. Nice clothes, but $ 75.00 for a blouse that looks like its from Old Navy. I was looking for Toms Shoes. I asked an employee where the Toms where and he tells me «They’re scattered all over the store.» Yep they were I left with no shoes. They didn’t have my size. The store is super small. I have no idea how they stay open with those Rodeo Dr. prices.

They sell LOTS of Toms. They sell them at the price they sell them on the website and they’re lots of cute clothes and accessories. It is a bit overpriced for the area. The dresses ranged from $ 65 and above. The employees were very nice and greeted me when I came in. They helped me out a lot. It’s very clean and cute. If you’re looking for a dress for any special occasion or some cute pair of Toms Urban Rendezvous is the place to go!

For starters it is a cute place, really small and artsy inside(kind of like anthropologie) and they have a tiny café but it doesn’t look like it gets much business from that part of the store. My friend and I walked in since I needed a dress for an upcoming event and finding a dress for any occasion was extremely difficult there. I was never greeted from a sales person and when a girl did notice me she ignored me. I was a little taken aback but I figured maybe she had something else to do. On to the clothing, let’s just say I left the store empty handed. I couldn’t find ANYTHING and I’m not exaggerating at all. The clothes looked like something a child put together and there were hardly any smalls in anything anymore. I kept rummaging waiting for someone to help since I guess all of the good clothing was hiding somewhere but still nothing from the 3 girls that were working there that day. On top of not finding anything the prices were absolutely ridiculous considering the quality. Way over the top. I will most likely never go back there. Kiss kiss had a way better selection and much better service. 1 stars for the décor. 0 stars for everything else.

Small boutique in Sugar Land that is overpriced and out of place. We stopped in here briefly after eating at Blue Fish House II(it’s directly next door). It looked really cute from the outside — t-shirts in the window, cute signs posted, girly outfits… The inside was cute. There were tons of old signs all over the walls and a strange little retro café in the back. The whole place was like under 1000 sq feet, but still had a tiny café and food service counter in the back. They sell dresses, tops, jeans, men’s and women’s t-shirts, jewelry, housewares, etc… With a list this extensive, you’d think the place was huge, but there are only a few of each thing. We went in and checked out the t-shirts for my husband. The men’s Ts were very thin(transparent in places) and expensive for what they were($ 48 on the ones we checked out). The place felt like it should be a small boutique in the heights but accidentally landed in strip mall central of Sugar Land. When I googled it later, I realized that it’s a 2nd store of a Heights original; things started to make sense. I hope the store does well, but I don’t think they’ll have enough of a client base for their few expensive items. They are sandwiched in between Blue Fish House II and Souper Salad. Close by you find stores like Marshall’s, La Madeline, and Lane Bryant. I just don’t think they’ve placed this store correctly. 2 stars for overpriced but cute clothing, bad placement in strip mall central, small crowded store with strange food counter in the back. Check the place out soon, because I don’t think they’ll be around long.
