WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! My 6 year old son was seen by Dr. Glenn Bulan today and that doctor did not even spare time checking his eyes thoroughly. He had him read 3 lines and that was it! And told my son to «guess» three times on the three lines that he had shown. Why would you have a patient guess? Isn’t it the reason why we take our kids to the so called eye doctor??? A letter «F» to a person that has a problem with his vision, may look like a P or another letter. Change the lens strength instead of having the child guess again, not once but three times. He attempted to change it to numbers since my son can not guess the right letter then after he said 6 for a number 5, he had him guess again! Then after mere three lines, he then stated «Oh! he needs glasses». How did he figure that out! He did not even check the other eye? I made a comment by asking how is the left eye coz I know it was not checked! He then answered back by saying that the left is worse than the right! I have been to a LOT of eye doctors in my life but have never encountered somebody like this doctor. Upon coming in he asked my son, «Do you need glasses». Isn’t that the reason why we are here??? The office staff that checked me out kept saying «I am not feeling good». And did not look like she wants to be there. I work in a hospital and we never treat pt likes that. And no matter how bad you feel, keep it in and work OR maybe just call in sick. I rather would pay out of pocket than use this facility that is in my insurance!!!

Don’t go see Dr. Lee. She gave me a prescription for a far sighted person when I’m near sighted. She had a difficult time making things clear and then told me to come back if the prescription «didn’t work». Not once, but TWICE. Decided not to let her try for the THIRD time when she so obviously doesn’t know how to do her job. Went to another opt and he was appalled. He said, «I know you’ve been driving badly because I know you can’t see.» And what do you know… I can see clearly now!

Really nice staff. The doctor was OK, he did his job. Nothing above and beyond. Be prepared to wait once you get called to the back.
