Our community uses Sterling Association Services. Their services are very horrible. The bills that they sent me usually have errors, and they did not care to fix it at all. I sent them emails to report mistakes/errors but they never responded. Then called them but they did not know what to do or put me on hold then went to their voicemail. Many of my neighbors experiences the same issues, and one of my community left a negative feedback on Unilocal.Sterling Association Services was not happy at all, Ricardo, Association Manager, sent an email to my friend. I read Ricardo’s email, and I think he was disrespectful, illogical and unprofessional person. Every single sentence he wrote has spelling and grammar mistakes. I guess he was very angry and did not care about those errors. He TOLD us what do to, but he forgot that our community paid him/Sterling Association Services to work for us. It is kinda SCARY for me when I left a negative review for them on Unilocal because if they know who you are, they may send a threatening email like my friend received, but I believe that other people have the right to know the truth.
