We too had a terrible experience with Serenity. Ryan can’t seem to keep any of his hired help, and we get billed for extras every week(salt is extra, chemicals extra) — they are also VERY expensive. What ended the relationship is when I called to ask why I am always getting delinquent notices for my bills which are ALWAYS paid on time, his wife was nasty, rude, talked over me, and mocked my east coast accent, and hung up on me. It must be their excessive prices that allow them to treat their customers so poorly. Stay away from Serenity.

We tried this company based on the previous positive review, unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience. After paying for an emergency cleaning and other services, we agreed on a weekly schedule. They called each time to change the day of the cleaning and when we asked Ryan to give an approximate time of arrival(morning or afternoon) he became upset and told us we were asking the«wrong questions». We got the impression that our pool was too big and too much for him to bother with us. Basically we found the company to be unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly just rude. We found another company now that is much more flexible, courteous, and at very competitive prices.
