I bought my mom the Groupon deal for the facial/​mani/​pedi. She loved it! She always goes to this one person way in Friendswood (we live in Rosenberg) but today she went there and I asked her how’d she like it, she said she loved it!!! I believe Lisa is the person. … and my mom had nothing but compliments to say about her! She even told me, «you should really go to her some time»… Great service!

Great place, but i live to far now. Would anyone be interested in 2 facial certificates that expire in March 2014? I will sell, message me on here to purchase. 50 $ for both.

this place sucks… she never answers the phone… what kinda business is this that they don’t even answer the clients phone calls… she never has any appts available… don’t waist your time and money to go to a rude inconsiderate person …

I found a $ 30 groupon for the $ 65 facial and thought it was a great deal. After the service I got (facial plus head, neck, shoulder and arm massage with hot stones), I thought it was an awesome deal! The place is small, just a room, so be sure to book an appointment with the number listed. Lisa responded right away when I called for the first time, even though she was off that day and said that she would get back to me to book an appointment when she had her book on her. I got two more certificates for $ 50 for facial, mani, and pedi. Great deal! I got a facial before from Bella Nails & Spa and that’s where Lisa used to work, she was great there as well.

I really enjoyed my facial/​mani/​pedi and got a great deal by using groupon. This place is a very small shop that only can handle one person at a time so don’t expect to drop in without an appointment (call and leave a message and she will call you back.) Lisa does a great job and I enjoyed the high quality facial I received so much that I purchased two very affordable packages after (2 facials, and 1 repeat visit.) The pedicure was AMAZING. I had an ingrown which she took the time to take care of and make sure my nails looks great. On top of that she fixed up my previously botched shellac manicure and my cuticles looks a million times better. I am re-​booking and look forward to my next service.
Recommendation: Do NOT use the address for navigation, use the cross streets she gives you when she texts you to confirm your appointment.

My experience with Satin Nails and Facial was wonderful. I called and left a message asking for an appt and was called back that evening. I received personal attention and felt very pampered with my facial, manicure and pedicure. Lisa’s prices were very reasonable and my shellac manicure lasted for 3 weeks!

I just came back from my apptmt with Lisa. I did use a groupon for facial/mani/pedi…I did not have any issues booking my apptmt… was very clean/​great selection of colors brands to choose for nails… facial was relaxing. I will be going back soon.

I recently bought a groupon voucher for this Nail salon. However when i called to make the appt the lady who does de facials was very rude and as i was asking her question regarding how long would the facial last and when was her next available appt, she basically told that she did not want to book my appt… and just kept saying anything else“i have to go”
Excuse m”!! I am trying to make an appt with you! so i ended up tellling her that i would call Groupon and cancel my voucher which her response was“OK” I guess after she posted this deals on Groupon she does not want Groupons coustumers to remdon their vouchers…
Her tone of voice was very rude by the way!
