Terrible! Heard good things so we tried it. Ordered 2 lasagnes with salads and a small pizza. Charged us $ 17 for the two dinner salads. Pizza wasn’t edible. Rude service. Worst $ 66 dinner before tip for two ever. And cashier/​hostess could care less. AVOID!!!

This is a great place to come for tasty food. We usually get their lunch deal of slice and a salad, which can be price, but soooo good. Their Greek salad has authentic flavor, and is not too heavy. Their pizza is fresh, and the slices are bigger than your face! When I go to my doctor in sugar land, we make a stop here, so should you!

Very hard to find a pizza joint for my husband’s liking! He actually enjoys the pizza here! We just got pepperoni. The crust is very delicious, not too thick or too thin. We also got a salad and the chicken pesto pasta. Both were delicious. The price is normal. I took one star off because they sent a driver that could not speak any English. Poor guy, he could not find his way to me and had to ask people by my house. :(

Tried a medium Chicken Rustica Pizza for 2 & it was yummy. HOT & FRESH. First time coming here and the cashier was so nice & friendly. I’m looking forward to coming back & trying the pastas I’ve heard so much about. The dessert looked amazing as well.

I came across Russo’s doing errands and it caught my eye because of «New York Pizzeria”-I’ve so missed New York style pizza and had not found a place down here, but I think Russo’s might be it! I checked out the great reviews on here and decided to check it out. It’s quaint and comfy. The customer service from the guy who took my order was great! Speaking of which, there was an older lady waiting at a table for her order. When it was brought, the guy that had it took it to the lady’s car for her! How awesome! Fortunately, the pizza (I just got basic cheese because I’m boring) matched that :)

I like the pizza by the slice here, but I LOVE the tomato basil soup! It’s amazing! It’s great as a soup and I think it would also be great over some grilled chicken — or maybe with some garlic bread. The tomato basil soup is worth a trip every time. This is «feel good» food!

What a wonderful family run business! Mike, the owner remembers his customers and greets everyone with a hello. The staff is interested in getting the quality food right out to you. Great place for a crowd because everyone can get their slice customized. And, please, save room for the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted!

Mayank the owner is amazing and will customize food to your preference. I’m a pizza snob from New York and I love the pizza here. I usually get the crust well done with extra sauce. Highly recommend the spinach garlic pizza on thin crust.

This was my first time ordering from Russo’s and I am now a fan. I placed an order to go yesterday, the wait wasn’t too long and the staff was super friendly. I ordered a slice of pizza with vegetables on it, not sure what was the correct menu name, and a sprite for $ 5.95 which was the lunch time special.
I was very pleased with the generous size slice of pizza and they did not hold back on the toppings. As far as taste, I could tell the vegetables were fresh and not over cooked. The crust was a little on the hard side but not too hard.

I always order the same toppings on the pizza and it tastes great each time. I like it that it’s not as greasy compared to other pizza location.
They messed up one time on the pizza and they gave it to me complimentary in addition to making the right pizza.

The food is pretty good here. Not consistent, but I would come back. I usually get the margherita pizza, and it’s good. Last time we ordered a large pizza for take out, and it wasn’t very good by the time we got home 15 minutes later. I like the midtown location better.

yup. i am a Total fan.
My check in’s lie. I have been here more than twice. This place is legit. Real Brooklyn style slices (aka: big as yo head) with a huge list of yummy toppings to choose from. Meatballs, check! Ricotta? Yes, please. Fresh garlic, yup. Excuse my breath. I have also had their lasagna and mom has sampled something else from the pasta menu both were delish.
The Owner has always been there to take my order, offer suggestions and guide me in ways of ordering. And i have never been steered wrong…
The staff is great, the spot is clean and decorated nice, it’s convienent and good for lunch or dinner — dine in OR take out!
So, just take my word for it. Russo’s is where it’s AT! /​mic drop

Just happened to stumble across this place looking for a bite to eat. Haven’t seen any reason to give it less than 5 stars. Nice clean place with that authentic pizzeria atmosphere. Food is good and portions are huge. Lil pricey but well worth it. Recommended to my friends already

What brings it down two stars? Stop being so greedy with your toppings.
I had a mushroom pizza and could barely find the mushroom pieces.

Stopped in for a few slices to go. I usually eat at the one in midtown or Meyerland and I love them but I also usually order a whole freshly made pizza. So I get two slices and drive home (~10 min.) and sit to eat and the crust was so hard. I felt like I was going to dislocate my jaw chewing it. I don’t suggest getting a slice to go. I also ordered a slice chocolate cake. I was right out of the fridge so I waited until it was room temperature to eat and it was REALLY good. I was not happy about the price at first but then I was ok with paying $ 8 for something so moist and delicious.
