Like others have mentioned, I’ve never seen Dr. Pucillo. I have been twice to LeMargot LeBourgeois, PA-C, and she’s pretty awesome. My husband sees Tracey Miller, PA-C. They are a good practice if you’re in Sugar Land. As other reviewers have said, not much of a personal touch. Does feel a bit assembly line-ish. That said, they have helped me with my medical issues, and I will continue to go here with good practitioners like Margot LeBourgeois, PA-C there to help me.

In ten years there I’ve never actually met Dr. Pucillo. The PAs are good but pretty uninformative. Your basically rushed thru a few questions and a cough our a few deep breaths and rushed of to a hallway to give blood and then you pee in a cup and find your own way out. Nice people but no actual communication. Feels like an assembly line. No personal touch our sense that they really care about you and unless you can read Prescription your on your own.

Best blood taking skills I’ve ever had. Zero pain, I barely felt anything and definitely no pain. The staff behind the counter is friendly and ready to help me. I went here just for the referral to Airrosti, but Margot LeBourgeois, PA-C was so awesome, I decided to go back for some bloodwork and a physical. Think they are going to be my new go to dr.

I’ve been going to doctor Pucillo family practice for at least 8 years. No matter where I moved, far or near, I stay with them. However, the recent two years visits were not very pleasant to me. I just keep my comments to myself and tried to remember all the good services and caring feeling I received from doctor Pucillo office’s staff and my doctor, doctor Miller in the past. But today, I can’t hold it no more. I had visit on 11/30/2011 and was told someone from the office would contact me for ultrasound referral. Until today, 12/29/2011, no one contacted me from Pucillo family practice and I called three times in regarding this matter. Today, I finally requested to have my doctor to call me back. I would like to give her updates in my condition also personal file complaint about the staff not doing their jobs. Someone called me back at 5:20PM from the office and asked me what’s going on. This staff showed«Not Care attitude» over the phone. She told me the reason no one contacted me from doctor office because my insurance company did not approval it; my insurance is not covering the ultrasound. I asked her back that so, that’s it? The insurance is not covering, so not even bother to notify me? I called three times and why no one returned my call to tell me what’s going on. I could tell from her voice that she did not care about if I was upset or mad. After I hanged up the phone, I called my insurance company right away. I was told; no record showed any requests were sent by Pucillo Family Practice; also, the ultrasound is considered a minor checkout; No Pre-Approval needed as long as I go to the networking practices, its 100% covered by my insurance. I dint’ understand why this female staff from Pucillo Family Practice has to lie to me. I love my doctor Tracy Miller and doctor Pucillo who took care of me twice before and I still remember the warm caring he offered me and the friendly services I received while the office was still back on Hwy 6, Sugar Land. The office is bigger at new location now, the staff is more than before, but the friendliness and caring from staff are much less than before. Like I said, I love my doctor, but I am leaving Pucillo Family Practice. Why I felt sad? They are not even care about me! there are always new patients out there.
