They are so over priced. The customer service is not very good and I was not overly impressed at their work. I will never visit this place again.

Great customer service. Dropped off 17 pieces of clothes & they were ready within 2 days which is fantastic. Will be back!

There is a reason this establishment has only 3 reviews — don’t believe the hype (3 excellent reviews) like I did. This place is highway robbery. Very first time I used this cleaners one of my blouses was missing a button. The second and LAST time I used them (against my better judgment), I was charged almost $ 70 for 9 pieces (and none of the pieces were delicate, expensive fabrics either!). I have been using dry cleaning services for over 20 years in 3 different cities — Chicago and DC included — and I have NEVER paid $ 70 for 9 ‘everyday work clothing’ pieces. When I dropped off the clothing my receipt did not show the total, so I asked the person at the counter about it and was told ‘we never know how much it is going to cost b/​c of the fabric type, etc. — even though this is not how it went the first time I used them. I should have told them then to give me my ish back, but I didn’t think the price would be crazy b/​c I had about the same number of pieces to clean the first time I used them. Well, people, they saw me coming and got me good. You know how you feel when you feel like you’ve been robbed? Well yeah, that’s me. I warn you — STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! SHADY!!!
