Let me start by saying I’ve never used a storage facility before this experience, so maybe this is typical, but if you’re new to this like I was, this info could be helpful. I was there for 2 years. Staff was very nice. Price went up after 6 months. When I went to empty my unit, many surfaces were covered rat feces. Boxes on the bottom were sporadically wet from what I assume was urine. The boxes that had crumbled from the urine, had dead roaches in them. I ended up throwing away two boxes of items and a small shelf. My advice to anyone considering this facility would be to only store metal items that can be cleaned and to use totes rather than cardboard boxes. Bring gloves when you go to get anything!
