Just had a very negative experience here. When I went to order I was told it would be a 12 minute wait for the chicken tenders. After 20 minutes I went back to the counter to ask about the progress and after waiting for two different cashiers to walk in circles, I was told the cook had just«dropped» the tenders in and it would be another 12 minutes. I asked why they hadn’t been prepared when I originally ordered them and I got a puzzles shrug. I asked to speak to the manager and after waiting for a while I was told he was too busy to speak with me. My grandchildren and I were the ONLY customers waiting to eat inside. One other customer was waiting for his takeout order. I then asked for the franchise owners contact information and until I very loudly repeated asked was it finally provided. The cashier went into the office, where, apparently, Paul, the manager who was too busy to address my concerns, gave the cashier the owner’s number. I’ll call Mr. Lee in the morning and I’ll be avoiding a return visit in the future.

They must have finished filming a Fear Factor episode. Because they forgot to take the large bugs. Gross. Big ass bug in my cup. It either came from ice machine or the unsweetened tea container.

Great location, inside is shiny new-looking and clean and that’s where the good ends. The hostile Indian lady at the counter practically accosted the guy in front of me for only wanting a drink. Then she was brusque with me. I could have beaten a whale to death with my Grilled chicken it was so dry. And instead of 2 pieces, I got one piece and something the chicken pooped out before dying. Ugh. Keep driving!

They don’t have water from the fountain drinks, so you have to purchase a soft drink…

I come here a few times a year to get one of their bowls. I know they are horrible for you, but the combo of mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, chicken and cheese is crave worthy every so often. I have always found their fried chicken greasy, but I know that even though I’m a southern girl I’m generally not a fan of fried chicken. KFC generally has coupons floating around in your mail or on their website if you are a big fan.

OMGOSH. Get your act together! KFC is alright as far as fast food chicken. But this location needs to hire people that understand organization and leadership. I get it, they’re all students, but there’s gotta be a manager that can better run the place for efficiency, manners, and accuracy in orders.

I went with a coupon for the chicken bites and didn’t have any problems using the coupon or getting the right order. I love their mashed potatoes… I don’t know why because I know their instant but I do.

I love KFC, but these guys screw up my order EVERYSINGLETIME! How hard is it to put two extra biscuits in my bag? On top of that, they are ALWAYS out of extra crispy breasts and honey. I will not be going back to this location anymore.

I’ve loved this location since I was a little boy. KFC might not be the best chicken in the city but they still make one finger lickin good chicken. The service has always been hit or miss.

I’ve been going here with coupons for the past few years, and I have to say that I’ve had a pretty good experience here. The chicken is crispy, but somewhat oily, so I tend to order it grilled. I’ve only had 2 bad experiences there. One of which involved false opening times, and the other was about the lack of certain parts of the chicken. My overall experience has been great so far.
