Foundations at Lions Head

I lived here for 7 years. When I moved out they kept my deposit and charged me $ 400 on top of that to «repaint and recarpet». I lived there for 7 freaking years! They would have to do that anyway! Not only that, they reported it to collections immediately so I had to pay otherwise they would ruin my credit while I was trying to buy a house. Terrible management.

I just recently moved to Sugar Land to the foundation at the Lionshead apartment. Best service ever since I have been looking around for the past 30 days finally found the one I like best without having to be rush. Not to mention their staff (Melodie Figueroa) that helped me out during this process that made it so easy for me to make up my mind to move in here since she was very honest and knowledgable about what they have to offer here. I would definitely recommend everyone I know that is looking for an apartment to come see «Melodie». Great job Melodie and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & WE LOVE YOUR GREAT ATTITUDE! Thanks again.

If I could have given this complex a negative rating, I would have. I’m in the process of moving to Sugar Land for work and stopped by on Saturday, February 21, 2015 to take a look at these apartments. From the minute I walked in I was shocked at the terrible customer service. Courtney was rude and disrespectful. I decided to look at an apartment because I knew they were within my budget. She went through the list of general questions and wrote them on the visitor card, never once was I looked in the eye, I didn’t get a handshake, I wasn’t even asked my name. I felt like perhaps she thought I was infected with the bubonic plague and she was trying to make as little contact with me as possible as a preventative measure. My brother who is much more laid back than I am, was horrified at her service. Our questions were countered with short, uninformative efforts. I viewed the apartment, liked it, and decided not to rent there based on Courtney alone. If the level of service she provided Saturday is commensurate with the level of service that the residents receive after signing a lease, I can only imagine their strife. At the end of the day, I found another apartment nearby, more expensive but far worth it for the customer service. Corporate, beware, you have a great product and great value but Courtney undermines your efforts.
