I haven’t been to one of these places in a long time, but I’ll definitely be coming more often. A small group of friends and I went in late at night and walked into a clean place with a huge family sitting there enjoying their treat. The kids were having fun, they had a little side lounge to relax, and the overall environment was pretty relaxed. I asked the cashier if I could sample two flavors, and she quickly came and got me my samples. I did see that a few people had mentioned sampling issues, but this employee even allowed for me to sample a topping without batting an eye. She was courteous, but still relatable and even joked around a bit. She was a new hire, so not sure if they’re getting rid of the old and bringing in the new, but we had nothing but a great time! Most definitely, definitely, definitely coming back here.

I used to love bringing my boys here after school sometimes but I won’t be back after yesterday’s visit. Poor customer service… rude ownership. The man actually slapped my kid’s hand away from the toppings when he and his brother were getting an order to-go for their dad. This wasn’t the first time I felt intimidated by the owners. Just rude.

The people need to learn to wash hands after handling money. Girl went from handling cash to sticking her fingers in my replacement cup!!! I just said never mind and walked out.

Yogli Mogli. Its frozen yogurt and toppings. The formula has been around forever. I remember the lone TCBY in my neighborhood when i was a child. Its always been a fun treat, so fun in fact that during the Great FroYo Bubble of the early 2010’s it became really really annoying. I remember living in Hiram and there were honestly 4 or 5 FroYo shops on one street. Everyone new the crap ones from the good one(1, singular) and that was Yogli Mogli and those other posers just in it for the money are all gone now which is awesome. Thankfully there is a Yogli Mogli near me now. My kids love it, its a great treat. They seem to rotate new flavors in seasonally and its always clean and neat. My only negative comment is that it would be nice to be able to get a sample without having to ask for the time paper cup from the cashier.

Update: A little old Iady followed me around as if I were going to put some fro yo in my purse. She was handling money as a cashier, then like a ninja, she was behind me with her fingers inside a stack of sample cups. I wasn’t allowed to get my own sample after asking for two cups. So she was carrying around the sample cups with her dirty fingers in them. My kids were patiently waiting and watching curious George in the kids section. Even though they were so deserving of the goods, I packed up my 3 littles and left. We’re at Wendy’s now. Frosty’s it is!!! I’m officially never going back. They may strip search me next time.

Poor customer service. Never been to any of the chains like this that didn’t want you to sample. The cashier has a small heart attack when I asked to sample 2 flavors, I mean who can decide on classic peach or salted Carmel popcorn without tasting? I was taking my toddler as a celebration of using the potty and didn’t have a good experience. They also should have a few different cup sizes, when I was there only one. Oh, not to forget my daughter(2) loves orange and asked for an orange spoon, cashier handed it to her which was nice but could have been a little more friendly. I will try somewhere else before returning. The whole sample thing just kind of ticked me off. Not as much of a variety as other places on sauces or toppings. I usually prefer the organic granola along with some yummy condensed milk. Didn’t see either of these, was obviously searching and no one asked me if I needed help. Bottom line not horrible but not the best by a long shot.

I am a 46 year old man and you mean to tell me I have to stand here and have an 18 year old girl pour taste samples in a cup for me? I walked out of that joint

Nazis on giving samples. So could not try had to leave. Need to loosen up on giving samples so paying adults can figure out what flavor they like and make a purchase. We had to walk out of the store, if we can’t sample the flavors there is nothing to buy.

The biggest things separating this YoMo from the rest are that 1) it sits in the shadow of my house and 2) the staff is super cool. The things keeping that elusive 5th star in my pocket? Prices are(of course) a tad high and no wi-fi! Let’s go YoMo, give up the wi-fi!
