I hadn’t met a bad chicken biscuit until I met this Chic-​Fil-​A location. The thinnest, smallest chicken breasts on the thick biscuits left me saying «Where’s the chicken?». Count me disappointed…

I cannot add anything original about the outstanding chicken and waffle fries that I miss by not living near a Chick Fil-​A. The food and service were great as always.
One thing I can point out is the management’s attention to details. On my Saturday visit for lunch, the line draped toward the entrance door as people waited for an open cashier. The manager on duty took it upon herself to go to the front of the line and direct people to short lines for each cashier, which unclogged the main line and gave us a chance to see where we would order. Perhaps a small gesture but one that showed attention to the customers and the little details.

This restaurant is the best in Suffolk! Every single one of the employees did their job efficiently and with a smile on their face (though that’s pretty customary for Chic-fil-A’s). I visited at an extremely busy time, as there were probably 20 people in line at the counter, but the managers still made it to where everyone got their food in a timely manner. This place kicks some serious butt! I wish all restaurants could be this way. Visit here and you will truly experience what customer service is all about.

A mediocre experience at a CFA is still better than the average McDonald’s one.
Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, and to my surprise I wasn’t immediately attended to at the counter. One was counting their cash drawer, others were going from one place to another, and one more employee was just standing there. Finally one asked to take my order.
Surprise #2 was that the order took longer than normal to get to my table.
Surprise #3 was when I went back to get a refill on my iced tea. Worker didn’t add ice to the drink refill. Didn’t even ask if I wanted more ice.
CFA is usually an automatic 5 star rating, so in CFA terms this was a less than ideal experience.
The food was still good!

Ok, the way this business runs, how can a customer walk away unhappy?! The workers treat you amazing, though they stay busy at times (lunch hour can be insane at this place), everyone seems to do their very best at helping you and getting what you need as quickly as possible! The kids nights are SO fun, and your kids will most likely think it’s their birthday because their having so much fun!!!
From start to finish, every chick-​fil-​a I have ever been to has been fabulous! They may not have a «dollar» menu, but if you think about it, you get what you pay for! If you want fast food that actually tastes good and you feel like your whole family matters to each worker there… this is the place to go… and did I mention the funnest play place for the kiddos (most are indoors which is an added bonus on rainy days) …and for all you germo-​phobes out there, they have little antibacterial wipes right by the exit door so when you leave the play area your children can grab one on their way out!

Wow. Amazing service and cleanliness, big fancy restaurants take notice. All fast food restaurants need to pay this location’s staff to train them on how customer service is done. Food here was great not greasy, chicken was juicy and crispy. Polynesian sauce (sweet and sour) tops all others.
What got me was the smiles, no rush or pushing of patrons, courtesy show and attentive care taken by the staff to make sure your meal was perfect. I normally do not like to frequent «fast food» restaurants but this place I will gladly be back again. Places and locations back home up north please take notice.
Chick-​fil-​a corporate PLEASE commend this location for it’s representation of your brand. Seriously, use this location as a model for the rest, there’s been quite a few up north that sucks, I don’t write many reviews but felt inclined to write one as I sit here and eat my sand which.

Fresh ingredients the chicken fillet very fresh, condiments wise, mayo, ketchup don’t forget to ask either forgetful or rationing it out just give it out can’t take with when you gone.

We love Chick-​Fil-​A and the service at this location is just as good as anywhere else. You will hear the words «my pleasure» often. Customer service is key in my book. You can make mistakes, be slow, and even have bad food days and as long as the service is friendly, I’m happy. CFA is hands-​down the best when it comes to fast food customer service.

Some people live and breathe Chick Fil A, I’m not one of them and I’ve only been here a handful of times. However, eventhough this place is always packed full (drivethru too) the service is surprisingly fast and friendly. It’s not the cheapest place to eat, but in terms of the food quality you’re better off going here than the McDonalds across the street… just sayin.

I absolutely love Chick-​fil-​a and I’m sad NY doesn’t have them yet. What will I do without my Chick-​fil-​A?!

I love Chick-​Fil-​A and since moving to New York I have been devastated to not have a real one here in the city. Note I say real one because there’s a faux Chick-​Fil-​A on the NYU campus but it’s not at all the same.
In light of my absence of Chick-​Fil-​A in NY, whenever I visit my family in Virginia it is an absolute must that I stop by here before I leave. Sadly stopping here is higher on my list than actually seeing some of my family members.
Like all of them (expect in NY), the Chargrill Chicken Club is my absolute favorite. I do however like to substitute the sesame seed bun for the plain bun– I just like them better. The waffle fries are fabulous and the Icedream or fudge brownie is shot on perfect.
There’s really not anything I don’t like here. Go, eat, enjoy and think of how I’m not indulging in the same happiness as you are as you eat.

This was probably the closest Chickfila to my home but it is still probably the best one. Every time that I have been to this restaurant, the folks are always friendly. And that is amazing since most of the employees appear to be high school kids.
They are always cleaning the dining area, asking us for refills, and the kids love to play in the front play ground.
I cant remember if it is on Tuesdays or Thursdays that he have a family meal deal. It is cheap and it feeds the kids nicely.
One time, in the drive thru, they actually had a girl taking orders from cars and calling them in so that the wait was shorter.
The bathrooms are clean and the menu offers enough healthy alternatives for my kids.

I wish I still ate meat sometimes.
This Chick-​fil-​a is always clean & the service is always fast. I still go for egg & cheese biscuits in the morning. If I get pregnant again, I will probably start craving their chicken sandwiches again. I spent more money at this Chick-​fil-​a then I spent at Babies-​R-​Us when I was pregnant.
