the tracking number provided on my shipping order was an invalid number and I had to call tigerchef. tigerchef was closed for business on Tues oct 2nd and could not be reached. I then called on the 3rd and I was send to voice mail at two different times during business hours of 9am-​5pm EST. worst customer service ive ever had.
do no do business with this company. they do not have ANY customer support and i have no idea where my package is!
