These people are the best I have ever worked with. They genuinely care about their customers and employees. I never see a vehicle repaired here that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time! Excellent customer service and they go out of their way to make customers feel welcome in their store. Awesome dealership to buy from and get your quad, motorcycle and Slingshot serviced and customized. Fun events every weekend so stop in!!!

I worked with Frank at Locomotion on a 50th birthday surprise for my husband. My sweet man sold his motorcycle and his Porsche to buy my engagement ring, and while they were not practical — they were fun. Frank helped me pick out a quad that was just right. He answered hours worth of questions, and personally came to our house to deliver the quad — with a big red bow. My husband was thrilled with the Polaris 550 Sportsman, and has been having fun with it ever since. We will look at going back next year for a tamer version for me, and a smaller version for our son in a couple of years. Frank worked with me to come up with the best deal possible. He knows everything about quads and was patient, and kind with educating me. As a non«car person», I am sure this was annoying, but Frank never let it show. He was not just a dealer, but treated me like a friend. I will never go anywhere else to by off road vehicles, even if I looked ridiculous riding around the parking lot screaming!

I always say only buy the bike if you have the right people taking care of it. For me this is that place, professional, reliable, hands-down a really good dealership. I bought four bicycles from them with great confidence. If you’re coming from the city don’t let the distance intimidate you it’s a great ride, train near by and they will accommodate you. Ask for the Jesse treatment

I bought a used bike there and have had service work done. I can recommend without reservation.

Stay far away from this unprofessional dealer. The service dept. guy Adam is as useless and has an personality that sticks. He makes you feel like he doesn’t want your business. Also they never have help and they never make you feel welcome. It’s the all time loser club and Adam is the ring leader

I’ve owned and ridden for over 40 years — mostly European marques. LPS is by far the best dealership I’ve worked with. Stand up guys, fair pricing and excellent workmanship. Adam rocks and knows his stuff.

Brought my Polaris ATV in for service on June 27, 2013. It is now September 12, 2013 and the service department told me the parts are in and we will get to it next week. So all summer I have been without my machine. I should put sleds on it and use it for the snow… if I get it back by then. There was nothing unusual about the repair. Just seems to take forever to have them actually look at the machine to see what they need and then another month to order the part and then another month to actually install it. I brought it in for a CV joint. If you expect to ride your machine — don’t bring it here — it will be in for service all summer. Very disappointing — there is no way I would bring my machine back here or ever recommend this company to service your machine.

During our first visit on Saturday we got all decked out with HJC helmets, jackets and gloves. They had a pretty good selection having stuff we liked in our size. Great prices on everything except I did not expect to pay so much for gloves. A really helpful guy named Adam served us with a smile and patiently explained everything as we are both brand new to riding. They need a lot more photos on their website because they have a lot of stuff in stock, including a selection of ATVs and 2 person ATV’s, Triumph and Victory motorcycles, jackets and gear.

The best Triumph service in the NYC area. They have done excellent work over and over on my Bonneville from performance mods to accessories. Friendly folks and directly across from the Suffern train station(I mean like 40 feet from their door) means you can drop off and return to NYC. That said, I’ve been able to sit and wait several times where they only took 60 – 90 min to work on the bike. Test ride a bike while you wait… Thanks Anthony and co!
