I found the entrance off 151. It is unpaved and then you discover a narrow dirt road to who knows where. The are no signs or a map. The is only room from one car to get by and even then you will be scrapping your car against tree branched and bushes. Wondering if there was anything up ahead on the road, I looked up the refuge on the Internet. The website states that the refuge is closed to the public? They should put up a barrier to indicate this. Waste of time.
