I just left there completely annoyed! Greg is a useless idiot! They can’t even support their own offers and act like idiots when you explain what a customer service rep has written on your account. I will only go to that location again is to see Greg fired!

I would give the sales associate a 5. Her name is Rachel and she was informative, concise… Not the usual VZW bs that you need a degree to understand! She went out of her way to be helpful. However, somewhere in my last change of phones an associate pulled a fast one! As per VZW usual bs… Somehow my phone bill WENTUP $ 25!!! FTC here I come!

Please do not patronize the Verizon store on Route 10. I witnessed the worst possible customer service… ever. A young man walked into the store claiming his leg was on fire when he placed his cell in his pocket. After lodging his complaint with Frank, the rep, he was condescendingly asked, «did you not hear anything I said?» Besides this comment and other indignities he made this poor man suffer I finally chimed in and told the young man he would get better service from the 800 number. After he left I told Frank that I couldn’t believe he spoke to a customer this way. His response, «there was nothing wrong with his phone.» After the customer left, Frank and the woman with glasses(tending to me), laughed about and at him. After my transaction was completed I asked the woman if she could refrain from laughing about me, I would appreciate it. I then proceeded to complain to the manager there and just got off the phone with Verizon to report them to their district manager. There is no excuse for bad behavior. Especially not when dealing with people that maintain your salary.

Came here recently because they have a service center in their store. Took my Omnia(pda Smartphone) in because I was having numerous problems with it, one I’ve had before that I know its a manufacture defect. Went to speak with a rep and he was pretty knowledgeable but his efforts were focus in getting me to get another phone either by take someone else’s upgrade, through insurance, or outright buying a new phone. None of these solutions were really effective, and I bought up manufacturers defects with the guy and he just dismissed it by sayingl sometime they are and sometime they aren’t. Since his solution all had me spending a minimum of $ 50 bucks I left the store and call Verizon customer service. They guy took me thought the steps and determined the phone needed to be replaced and since it was under warranty it was free to me. All in all saved me some money not listening to the tech at the shop.
