We ended up here with a bunch of family around Christmas(I think it was one of the only things open that day). Considering it’s a Chinese buffet in Sturgis, it’s pretty good. They have a surprisingly large selection, including hibachi and sushi with the quality at or above where you’d suspect. Obviously nowhere near gourmet, but everything I tried was good. Plus the place was clean and the staff did a great job keeping drinks filled for our family(all 22 of us!). I can’t say this would be my first choice all the time, but I wouldn’t mind filling my belly with Americanized Chinese food here every now and then. And isn’t that all you really want from a Chinese buffet anyway?

This rating is considering that it is buffet quality food. For an American Chinese buffet, it is probably one of the best ones I’ve been in(though not a fan of buffets in general). They have a decent selection and a grill as well for those that are in to that. Sushi in chinese buffet usually are absolute crap tier, but theirs were slightly above that. All in all, for a buffet, 5 star. All restaurants in consideration, probably 3.5 or 4.

Food was pretty decent, never been a fan of Chinese buffets so take this review with a grain of salt. Alot of my friends and family frequent this buffet and have great things to say about it. I have never had great food or service from here personally.

I ate from the buffet and had some sushi. Something changed since the last time I was here(about 6 months ago). Bland is an understatement. I couldn’t tell the difference between the Mongolian pork and the broccoli beef. Chewy pieces of glop with no flavor. Service was OK for a buffet but I did have to track down my own bottle of Siracha sauce. This place used to be better than this.

I stopped in Sturgis, MI as kind of a joke because I’m pretty sure there’s not much going on in Sturgis. I was surprised there’s actually somewhat of a nice community in Sturgis and King Dragon Buffet stood out on the main road so I wanted to give it a try. King Dragon Buffet is a beautiful everything-asian kind of buffet. This concept wouldn’t work as well elsewhere but it works splendidly here. Here’s what to expect: 1. Typical Chinese buffet. Except a little better because there are a high number of dishes. 2. Sushi, hey it’s an option.(Didn’t try… too far from home to get sick) 3. Mongolian BBQ. It’s quite wonderful. 4. Other dish options, I guess best categorized as «white people food». Wait staff is super nice as well, no issues with refills or anything. And SUPER cheap. It seems fairly popular. I’m kinda bummed there’s nothing like this where I live in California.

Food was delicious with quite a selection! The waitress was very nice and was quick on the refills. The bathrooms could be cleaner. It would look better if all the plates were the same. The tables were great looking though!

We live really far away from this restaurant In Hollywood California. We pass through here every year on the way to visit family in Michigan. They are open seven days a week thank goodness because we never miss a stop at this really good buffet. Prices more than fair. They have Chinese Japanese and American, Mongolian barbecue and sushi. All very fresh. Plenty of parking even for RVs. There’s something for everyone here.

Don’t judge this book by its cover. The food was better than I expected with great service. A wide selection of food on the buffet and it all seemed fresh. I was traveling through for business and will stop by on my next trip.

Stopped by here for lunch and had a wonderful surprise. Food on the buffet is exceptionally fresh. They kept everything filled and it was never dry or left out too long. Loved the chicken on the stick, so tender and the pepper shrimp. Wish we lived closer we would be here every week. They also have a take out option, by the pound you can take your buffet with you.
