Get “Real” Cafe

Yum! We stopped here for lunch on our way home to Chicago today and I am so glad we did! The food was fresh and delicious and the smoothies were a big hit with the kids and adults. The menu has so many delicious choices it was hard to choose what to eat. The kids loved the soup and cheesehead (grilled cheese) and we had salads, paninis, and breakfast burritos. It was all delicious! The service was super friendly too! The chef even brought out markers for the kids to draw on the table, which was great! We will definitely stop here again!

Absolutely Amazing! Before choosing to enjoy lunch here, we caught a glimpse of the front of the building as we drove by, Organic and Local are on the door which prompted my son to pull out his smart phone and find out more. We drove around the block while he researched, found them on Facebook where the post showed their special of the day and he was also able to find a menu! His reaction said it all, we found a parking spot and walked in!
The staff greeted us with smiles and seemed eager to serve, in which they did. Service was fast and the food was to die for! The ingredients in my Free Bird tasted fresh and the chicken was juicy and flavorful, almost as if it was pulled just before it was served! My son had a Bacon, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich on Gluten Free bread. I took his last few bites and it was just as flavorful as mine. The bacon was perfect (and after talking with the owner, nitrate and nitrite, antibiotic and hormone free), the bread (for anyone who knows how gluten free bread can be) was some of the best I’ve had. And the Banana muffins, I could buy by the dozens, they were so moist and gluten free as well.
That was our first trip, since then we’ve been back and enjoyed so many other wonderful sandwiches, smoothies and fresh juices! The prices are great when compared to other local restaurants, especially knowing what it costs to buy organic for my family! My teenage son leaves full every time!
I recommend Get Real Café to all my family and friends since our visit and we have stopped a number of times to grab orders we have called in for pick up. It’s great to have an option for healthy food that is fast and good for you! I’m thankful to have found this little gem of a place and grateful to have it located in our community!

Eating healthy and organic does not have to be boring and the ‘Get «Real» Café’ proves it! The salads and sandwiches are made fresh and they even have a juice and smoothie bar. I also noticed gluten free muffins and brownies.
I had the GRC Salad with Chicken Salad on top and nom, nom, nom, nothing was left on my dish. Hubby had the Free Bird sandwich and he said it was yummy too. I only wish we’d discovered this place earlier on our trip but, no worries, we’ll be back!

I just had lunch from Get Real, and found myself telling my co-​workers that I would do the 3-​hour drive from Madison again just to have lunch again from this great little place. We placed our order by phone for a group of 9, and it was ready on time, fresh, labeled with everyone’s names. I had the Italian panini on a spinach wrap… so fresh and flavorful! Everyone else in our group raved about their sandwiches as well. Oh, and make sure to get the hummus with your carrots. We all are wondering if they will sell that by the quart???

Look out for the hidden costs they charge extra for everything! They charge for carry out for containers to use your credit card etc.
Food is good but a bit pricey.

I came here expecting to get delicious organic food… to say that my expectations were not met would be a gross understatement. My wife and I each ordered a ten dollar sandwich — the Mexican and the Cuban. Both the wheat and sourdough breads were so hard that each of us suffered cuts inside our mouth — needlessly because despite having about ten ingredients each sandwich had zero flavor. You can eat some cardboard and achieve the same result. The corn tortilla chips were served straight out of a Costco bag. No salsa or guac provided likely because doing so would violate their zero flavor tolerance policy.

Very friendly staff and delicious food! So many choices for breakfast and lunch. So nice to find gluten friendly options as well. The interior is very clean and has plenty of places to sit. You won’t go wrong here! Can’t wait to visit again!

Fresh and inventive creative flavors!!! We were so impressed with our lunch here. We had the German and the Free Bird.
This café serves local produce and organic foods. Plus a juice bar! Our sandwiches were served fast and the flavor combos of ingredients were amazing. Daily specials too. Friendly staff and a casual relaxing atmosphere. We cannot wait to go back.

So glad this opened in Sturgeon Bay! It’s great to have an option for a healthy lunch. I love the Mean Green juice and even my kids like the juices and smoothies. I eat gluten free and the sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread and taste delicious!

I love this place! Sandwiches are super fresh, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. They even have a juice bar! All organic, free range and local products. The place is spacious and bright. They offer delicious bread from a local bakery. This café has a great vibe and is just what Sturgeon Bay needed.
