The food here was good and the waitress helped us as much as she could so we could try and make our movie on time. The service was good and each table had a small tablet you could order and pay from.

Nice place to grab a drink on a Sunday and watch the Patriots lose… GOJETS!!! I didn’t eat anything, but the menu looked pretty good. The bartender Jen was sure friendly! It was a breath of fresh air after leaving the lifeless Applebee’s across the way! The crowd was fun and the drinks were good! No complaints here!

Stopped in before going to Sturbridge village and although everyone was waiting for a table we easily sat at the bar as there were plenty of seats there. Bartender was great, making suggestions on drinks and food. This is your typical chain restaurant though so you know what to expect, you won’t be blown away but the food is good. Ordered the firecracker sandwich which has grilled chicken, guacamole, buffalo cheddar, lettuce, tomato and red onion with sweet potato fries. Tasted great! I do love their pizza but good to know the sandwiches are good as well

After a horrible experience at Olive Garden in Worcester we came here. We’re seated immediately at 7 on a Saturday even though they were packed. Great service, quick drinks and food, manager came over and everything! Love this location too!

We are at UNOs in Sturbridge tonight. The food was great, the waitress was fast and pleasant. The food came right out and the manager even came over to talk to us.

I’m definitely not pro-chain, but sometimes you’re hungry & nothing else is open, so here we are at Uno’s on our way back home. It was pretty late so there was no wait & lots of parking. Our server was very pleasant & helpful. The food was solid chain food. They ran out of personal pan crusts, so gave my daughter a small for the same price. That gives her about 3 meals so that was cool. My other daughter got a bacon burger which also yields 2 meals. I went with the Power salad which is a huge bowl of spinach, tomatoes, grapes, dried cranberries, goiji berries, chicken, pepitas & feta with vinaigrette. Actually pretty good, filling but didn’t weigh me down. Came with a yummy but super salty bread stick. Kids sampled the full-sized desserts… Granny Smith apple crisp & Oreo brownie bowl which were good but just way too big. I had the mini bite Granny Smith apple crisp which was about 4 spoonfuls & just the right size. I haven’t been to an Uno’s in awhile. They have these weird little interactive computer things on every table that you can use to order apps, reorder drinks, pay your bill, play games & read news. How about you rely on your wait staff & put some trivia cards on the table? Unplug yourselves people!

Only ate here because it was the only restaurant open after 10pm. Pizza was Uno pizza, not real pizza. Not bad in a pinch. Service carried the day.

We were out of town and tried Uno for dinner and I decided to try the Lobster & Shrimp Scampi which was $ 18… More like Lobster & Shrimp Skimpy. Most of the dish was vermicelli and tomato. For seafood, it had four ‘average sized’ pieces of shrimp and very little«lobster»(If it was lobster… I suspect it was really crayfish being passed off as lobster). The manager visited another table near us and I flagged him down. I explained that there was very little lobster in the dish and he was happy to take the meal off the bill. He also gave us 15% off coupons for our next visit. Overall, the food is pretty good. The service could be just a little more prompt and the prices could be a little lower.

The server Anne is very cheery and happy. The experience has been pretty positive minus the kitchen messing up my order. Front of the house are very nice and pleasant. I think the kitchen needs to be better on the ball at paying attention to customer requests.

My family and i stopped here on the way home from Six Flags and we all loved it! I got the BBQ chicken pizza on thin crust and it was delicious. I ate half of it and took half home and it made a great dinner a few days later, it reheats perfectly in an oven or toaster oven. Having just turned 21 I wanted to order a «grown-up» drink but I didn’t have my ID on me so I ordered Chocolate Cookie Freezer(basically it’s an Oreo cookies n cream milkshake) and it was DELICIOUS. It was quite serendipitous that I didn’t bring proof of age because that was one of my favorite milkshakes ever. It was so good that when my dad tasted he ordered his own. Allison, our pregnant waitress was fun, quick with service and hilarious. Be good to her if she is your waitress! She was so sad for me when I didn’t have my ID, she desperately wanted me to have mojito, but rules are rules and since I look 17 I couldn’t get my mojito. But I had a milkshake and no regrets.

Stopped in to have dinner with some friends. Haven’t been to an Unos for years. Had the Chimichurri Salmon with veggies. Was very good. Service was also very good. Wait time at 6:30 pm was zero, this was a Wednesday night. Parking can get tight if they are busy.

I haven’t been to a Uno’s in years. But we were camping in the area & I didn’t want to cook on the campfire & this was one of the restaurants in the area. The wait was ridiculous! The older hostess was on a Power trip. Granted, I know we had 7 in our party, and said we have a really long wait. We saw that they had parties leave their tables at the same time in another section she still wouldn’t give it to us, saying we already have a table dedicated for you. Really? We have 3 hungry kids, & you want us to wait for«our» dedicated table. Ok, now about the food. Of course I was with my husband, so we had to get the nachos they are actually called– MUCHOSNACHOS, Tortilla chips, tomato salsa, beef chili, Cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños and sour cream. It actually was really good, as much as I don’t care for Nacho’s, but, I have come to know good nachos from bad ones. Pizza-(No, we didn’t get the deep dish pizza) Artisan thin crust pizza– Shrimp, fresh spinach, goat cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes and Alfredo sauce. This was Really, Really good! Firecracker Chicken sandwich: grilled chicken, guacamole, spicy dressing, spicy buffalo cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato & red onion on a roll. Brewmaster Grill NY Strip Steak: NY strip steak, served with some kind of tangy sauce. Huge portion BBQ burger w/Bacon & Cheddar-Medium rare– This looked awesome! The kids got to make their own pizza at the table then was whisked away to cook & they were super excited that they got to eat what they made. All & all it was good food, the waitress was patient, but the older hostess is why only 3 stars.

Very friendly waitstaff and a nice atmosphere, if a bit loud. I really like that Uno has kept their traditional Chicago deep dish but also added some fun new items. They also have a great beer selection. We ordered the crab and shrimp fundoo… but it is not that much fun. The toasts are way over-buttered to the point of greasy(methinks it’s not actual butter… hmmmmm) and the dip itself is way too salty to be enjoyable. On the plus side, the french onion soup that my husband got looked really good, with the cheese nicely browned, and our salads were excellent– I highly recommend the salmon avocado salad.

This was our first experience at a Unos restaurant, but it won’t be our last. We were very pleased to discover this chain. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious, with very large servings neither of us could finish. I had the Chicken Parmesan over Penne pasta and my wife had Baked Haddock, which came with broccoli and Fero salad. They also give a 10% discount to active duty and military veterans. Our bill, with soda and iced tea, came to $ 28.47 after the veterans discount.

This is your typical Uno. Their menus keep changing, but I can always find something to eat. Worst case, you can always fall back on their deep dish pizza of cardio death. The staff is nice and friendly and they haven’t messed up an order on me.

I’ve been there one and half times. The first time with my brother, it was quiet afternoon. Not many other people in the section our restaurant besides one other guy at the bar. The service wasn’t very good. Our waitress took our order and it must have taken nearly 25 minutes before we got our food. The food was mediocre(which was what I expected, no surprises there). Our server ignored us, never checked on our drinks or asked how our food was. She spent the entire time chatting it up with the other sole customer in the place until I motioned for the check. The second time, I went with my girlfriend. We must have stood there for about 10 – 15 minutes. We were never greeted. People who arrived after us were greeted and seated. We just decided to leave rather than make a big fuss about trying to get mediocre food. I don’t really like to talk about these things, but I suspect our appearance(age and ethnicity) had something to do with our treatment. This criticism is specific to the Sturbridge location. I’ve been to Uno’s before and am generally pretty happy. I’m generally pretty easy to please and the fact that I am giving this place such a low rating speaks volumes about how I really feel about this particular location.

Hungry and looking to keep things easy and simple, we decided to stop here for lunch this past Sunday as Mrs B wanted to take advantage of a sale at Old Navy in the same shopping center). This was probably not one of our better decisions. The staff was great. We were seated immediately as it wasn’t busy and our server came right over to greet us. She was quite attentive throughout the meal. As we finished one soups, our meal was brought out. As for the meals themselves, that’s another story. I had the steak tips and onions, which was more onions then steak tips. Mrs B had the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo that was lacking in chicken. Though what we were served tasted great, it certainly wasn’t worth what we paid. Next time, I believe we will travel a little out of the way and eat elsewhere.

A Review of Uno Chicago Grill. By Dimitri D. Overall Uno Chicago Grill is a very nice restaurant. There’s really no point in reviewing Uno’s because nearly everyone in the world has been to an Uno’s at some point in their lives. The only reason I write this is, well… because I like to write. The people are 90% of the time cool and very kind. The food is really good here, especially their Pepperoni pizza. But they make other good entrees as well like burgers and sandwiches which I can say from experience are very tasty as well. The only reason I subtract a star is that it is nearly always very loud at an Uno’s. That is really the only negative I can state about this restaurant. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere; can’t really ask for too much more can you?

I’d never been to an Uno before(which was the first thing the waitress asked me at the door) and from then on, the staff was intent on showing me everything that Uno Chicago Grill had to offer. Manager Bob came over and introduced himself, and said that if we had any problems at all, that we could blame him and everything would be free. Little did Bob know, he narrowly averted disaster as my cousin and I are upstanding citizens and wouldn’t try to eat great food and then complain about it after.(Note: Good thing I didn’t bring some of the OTHER cousins. Their lack of principles might have given me nightmares for a week.) I got the«tomato and cheese» personal pizza and it was great. I like lots of sauce and only a little cheese on my pizza(Unfortunately, there was no false advertising on that menu item… Bob got lucky). The crust was crunchy and was cooked perfectly. On the way out, they even gave me a goodiebag with an apple. Everyone we met tried extra hard to make the Uno restaurant experience one to remember and that’s something you don’t see all of the time.
