Jay is a great trainer and has become a wonderful friend. I could not speak more highly of him. He holds you accountable: He checks in at the beginning of each session to make sure you’re keeping up with the diet plan he’s outlined. He pushes you to stay diligent with your choices and stay healthy. He’s always available to provide great work out advice. Jay is very knowledgable about what exercises and food will result in the specific body you have in mind for yourself. He tells you what to do on days you don’t meet. He’s flexible about changing times if life gets in the way. He is encouraging and motivating, in fitness and in life. I was needing some help to get myself back on track after being out of a consistent exercise regimen for a few months. I had my usual«relaxed» time during the holidays but my work and creative projects at the start of the year demanded much of my time and energy. The reviews were great and he’s a cutie so it was an easy decision. The workouts were challenging, never the same thing twice so you didn’t get bored, and fun(he’s got a great sense of humor). The only thing I can say is that, ‘I’m glad I found Jay, and I’m glad I tried boxing!’ I had been looking for a new cardio to add to running, when I noticed Jay training boxing to other women at my gym. He is a boxer himself and knows how to communicate the sport to a spectator like me. I have NEVER had such a sweat in my life… and that is what I was looking for! Jay gets me to focus on learning technique, movement, concentration, etc. 60 minutes passes like 5 minutes! He is strict, in a nice way, about diet, sleep habits, practice, etc. Jay is the best type of trainer to have, bc we all want to see results!

Coming out of the holidays I had no clue what it would take to get myself back in the gym until I met Jay! He is an awesome personal trainer that takes personal the the best level. He trains you to your particular needs and goals as well as helping you establish a food regiment that will not only help you loose weight but feel better. He checks up on you through the week to stay aware of how you are and your eating habits. I have several past injuries that he was able to work around and still give a great workout that left me sore each time :-) I recommend that you check him out, you will not be disappointed!!!

Jay is an awesome personal trainer that I found him by reading nice reviews about him. He’s strict in his work but still makes the workout seem fun. I am a mother of 3 young kids. Needless to say how much I need a personal trainer. I walked into a Studio City Gym and the first person I met was him, Jay. I decided to sign up right away because he makes me feel comfortable and he is very friendly. I know that my body always get back in shape easily. However after 3 kids, I need some help. After 3 sessions with him, I lose 13 lbs. It is a combination of strict diet, daily exercise(30 minutes everyday) and one-on-one training which all monitored and guided by him. Jay McLeod. What can I say? He knows his line of work. In the three weeks we’ve had, he’s revolutionized the manner in which I thought about personal training. OMG! Jay is great!!! I’m in my early 30’s and when my metabolism slowed down I couldn’t lose the weight like I used too and my former trainer just did the same thing… needless to say I didn’t lose anything. Jay is an awesome trainer. I’ve been with him for over a year and I have not been this fit in a long long time. Even after a year, his sessions are dynamic and never boring. Jay is GREAT! I have been training with Jay for 2 months and have lost about 15lbs. He really pushes you. He constantly kicks up the intensity as you successfully complete the exercises. He is very personable and knowledgeable. You’ll work hard and he’ll really make you sweat. He incorporates Muay Thai, boxing and circuit training. He’s really whipping my slacker self into shape. Also the supplemental shakes are tasty and really help you to shed the weight. Above all you’ll have fun and feel great.
